Just a short walk from the beach of Messina Nord, Exclusive B&B Villa Rosa invites guests to stay in a beautifully renovated independent villa located in the peaceful Villaggio Sant’Agata. Every aspect of the property has been meticulously designed with high-quality materials and the latest technology, including access via a keypad, intercom systems in each accommodation, and a surveillance system. The ambiance resembles that of a private residence, featuring elegant spaces and comforts intended to ensure a pleasant stay throughout the year.
The residential area is flat, quiet, and well-equipped, with bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, shops, churches, and cinemas all within close proximity. The beach is just 150 meters away, while the University of Messina (Polo Papardo) and the Papardo and IOMI hospitals are located within a kilometer. The Ganzirri lakes are just over a kilometer away, and the Capo Peloro nature reserve, recognized by National Geographic as one of the most beautiful in Italy, is easily accessible.
The outdoor spaces are tastefully furnished and include a garden, an outdoor shower, and comfortable equipped verandas.
