This residence, dating back to the late 1800s, is nestled in the heart of the Modica countryside, right in the center of the Val di Noto region.

Several towns, renowned for their beauty and located just a few kilometers from the villa, are easily accessible from the property, including Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, and Noto, all celebrated for their Baroque architecture.

Not to forget Rosolini, Ispica, and Pozzallo, which has once again been awarded the Blue Flag for its beaches, along with the stunning Ionian coastlines like Marzamemi and Vendicari.

The residence, accommodating up to 12 guests, has undergone a careful restoration and has been transformed into a vacation home.

The renovation was carried out following traditional guidelines, bestowing the house with its characteristic charm.

Modern comforts have not been overlooked, ensuring that the home showcases the true warmth of Sicily in all its beauty and nuances.

As always, the property is surrounded by typical dry stone walls, with a landscape teeming with carob and olive trees.

This creates an enchanting and fascinating atmosphere perfect for relaxation, complemented by the presence of a heated hot tub; not to mention the splendid gazebo outside the house, the characteristic baglio (courtyard), the spacious canopy, and the large interior rooms.

The residence offers a warm and hospitable welcome, blending colors, passions, flavors, and sounds.

With a well-manicured lawn, an orchard, a barbecue, and a large wood-fired oven, guests can unwind in a unique way, embracing a slower pace of life and appreciating every moment spent in this beautiful home, accompanied by an unimaginable silence and sensations.

The entrance features a living-dining area with a kitchenette and sofa bed, a spacious living room, one bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom in the attic with a double bed and two single beds (en-suite bathroom), and a dependency with a double bed, kitchenette, and en-suite bathroom.
