Modern room inside an old building but in perfect condition. It was a pleasure to stay there; everything was very clean, very close to the center, in a quiet area. The room had a terrace and air conditioning... Everything was great. The best part was Santino's kind attention and the wonderful breakfast on the terrace. All the products were local and delicious!

Excellent property, convenient for the location, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was definitely plentiful and featured high-quality products. We especially thank Santino, who, in addition to recommending nearby places to visit, took care to prepare cakes, pancakes, jams and much more for breakfast. Definitely a positive experience. We highly recommend this accommodation, especially if you plan to visit Noto and the surrounding area in a few days.

The property is in a very convenient location for visiting the center of Noto. We always found parking nearby without any problems. Santino is kind and welcoming and gave us excellent tips for exploring the surroundings. Breakfast on the terrace is really great.

Recently, my wife and I stayed at this pleasant and characteristic Bed and Breakfast, located just a stone's throw from the historic center of Noto. We were welcomed by the extraordinary hospitality and cordiality of Santino and Antonella. Santino always provided us with precise and useful advice on places to visit and explore during our stay, greatly enhancing our experience. The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast delicious and varied with quality homemade sweets and parking was easy to find. This Bed and Breakfast exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend it.

Excellent welcome from Santino in this Bed and Breakfast, perfectly located in the center of Noto. Our room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The place is quiet, silent at night. Easy and free parking nearby. Excellent breakfast on the "rooftop" terrace of the establishment. We recommend.

Clean and cozy structure and rooms. Super convenient to the center of Noto but away from the hustle and bustle! Free parking near the B&B. Santino and Antonella are really very kind and helpful, the evening of our arrival I was very cold and they pampered me with a ginger and balsamic honey herbal tea! On the morning of our departure, even though it was very early, Santino did not fail to offer us his super good and abundant breakfast! Absolutely quality products!\nSo… all super top.

Exceptional structure, new and with all the amenities such as the small balcony equipped with a very convenient clothesline to hang towels and swimwear. Santino then is a delightful person who prepares a fabulous breakfast on the terrace of the Dea's Rooms.

Warm welcome and divinely decorated rooms with very good taste. The breakfast is really varied, there is something for everyone, sweet or savory, good local products and homemade. We loved the Medusa room, spacious and impeccably clean. Thank you for the hospitality of Santino and his partner. We will return without hesitation.

We stayed at this brand new establishment just a stone's throw from the center of Noto. We had chosen the Eos room, a very peaceful place where we enjoyed a bed worthy of its name and hosts of rare sympathy. Indeed Santino and his companion prepared us a succulent sweet-savory breakfast and everything is homemade. Every day we had the choice of croissants according to our desires. Thanks to Santino for his attentions! In addition, Santino kindly provided us with a parasol, as we didn't have one. On site, we had an issue and the host was immediately available to help us! One thing is for sure, we will return with our eyes closed.

Beautiful establishment in the center of Noto, very quiet place and close to everything. We are very happy to be able to move around without a car to visit the city. Santino and his partner welcomed us very well on arrival, they showed us everything, we really enjoyed the breakfast on the beautiful terrace and what can I say, it was very rich in homemade food by Santino and his partner. Also, Santino lets us choose the flavor of croissants we want. Thank you Santino, see you soon.

Excellent facility just opened a few minutes from the center of Noto. You can see the love for his work in the way Santino personally welcomes and pampers his guests. The breakfast is also excellent, always prepared by Santino, on the terrace of the same house. A great B&B in the town of Noto.

Hospitality and friendliness guaranteed, wonderful breakfast on the terrace prepared by Antonella and Santino with local products and every delight, sweet and savory. The center of Noto can be reached in a few minutes. The property has just been renovated and is presented in a modern style, very well cared for. Elisabetta.
