La Dagala has been created through the restoration of part of a building dating back to the 1930s. Today, it welcomes guests into thoughtfully designed, practical spaces where comfort and a pleasant stay are the priority. Carefully renovated interiors blend modern amenities with understated elegance, all in a peaceful, private setting.

The fully air-conditioned apartment features two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a double sofa bed—as well as a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, and a spacious furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Wi-Fi, a TV and complimentary toiletries are also provided for added convenience.

Becoming the owner of the apartment inspired me to embark on a new venture: setting up and running a tourist accommodation business, where I could continue working with clients in an entirely different setting. Creating a welcoming space, providing excellent service, and finding fresh, imaginative ways to meet the needs and expectations of both business and leisure travelers have proved both rewarding and inspiring. I believe the best way to manage a hospitality business is to put yourself in the shoes of a traveler who wants to feel at home wherever they go.

I stayed two nights with my little dog. We were welcomed without problems and with great kindness. The property is presentable, functional and above all very clean. The host was very kind and helpful. The only downside, which is due to Catania and not the property, is the parking cost: they charged me €20 for one night. In another parking lot I paid €10 for two hours for dinner. Madness. The municipality should step in with regulations on maximum prices. It is fair to pay for the service, but this is really disgusting; I paid almost as much for parking as for dinner.

The property is beautiful and spotless, extremely convenient for the city center and very close to the subway, but above all the owner showed a rare kindness and willingness to help, to say the least, which made me feel at home and for which I will never stop being grateful.

Definitely the best experience of the last few years. Cleanliness, attention to detail, and maximum availability. Breakfast? In addition to everything that was in the apartment, every morning we were provided with a tray of fresh pastries. Highly recommended.

B&B outside the city center but very well connected thanks to the subway. Small but clean room equipped with everything necessary, very comfortable (maybe just a bit dark). The manager was always available and kind, even in providing breakfast ingredients (abundant and with traditional products) according to our intolerances. Excellent solution at a great price!

A big thanks to the Manager Giuseppe, who has been available since the booking of the rooms. The structure was perfect for our needs, about twenty minutes walk from the center but for those who want, there is a metro stop 300 meters away. Good breakfast, also fresh pastries available. For the rest, it's self-service.
