Cottage sul Mare apartments are the result of the renovation of the historic "Cottage Hotel", the first hotel in Ustica; the edifice today looks like an elegant building just a few steps from the sea and the town's main square, overlooking the beautiful Cala Santa Maria as well as the port of Ustica.
Each apartment can accommodate from 2 up to 4 people and ALL have a WIDE SEA VIEW, are furnished and equipped to allow guests to travel with the bare essentials and enjoy their stay in complete relax.
Sober and functional furnishings, spacious and well-ventilated rooms with large windows overlooking the sea that offer an unparalleled spectacle at any time of day or night.
Independent entrance, independent air conditioning system and ceiling fans, hot and cold running water all day, kitchenette with gas stove, sink and complete kitchen equipment (pots, place settings), refrigerator, living room with table and chairs, TV, double or single sofa bed, bathroom with large shower tray, hairdryer and clothesline, sleeping area with double bed and cot (on request); complete set of bed linen and towels.
Among the common areas a platform used as a solarium, facing the sea, discreet and complete with chairs, deckchairs and tables which, at sunset, is not unusual to host nice aperitifs in cheerful company.
Once in Ustica, you can walk to all the main points of interest but also rent electric bicycles and other means of transport such as scooters and rafts to move around the island.
Do not miss diving to discover the famous rocky seabed immersed in the blue and the local gastronomy.

Strategic location, panoramic view of the harbor, quiet and peaceful. Very kind owner and generous with advice for all excursions. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning works well.

My experience was more than positive, thank you! The property is very comfortable, fresh, clean, well-furnished, and practical for a stay on the island. Nothing is missing. The cherry on top, however, is the kindness of the owner, his son, and all the staff.\n\nThey were kind and understanding from the start and helped us manage our mishap well. The cottages are an ideal place for those who want to go diving, so close to the port! They are clean inside, comfortable for two people, but with 4 it would be difficult if you have luggage because there is little space to store things (zero drawers). The two of us were fine. I suggest taking better care of the exterior (no courtesy light along the stairs and the corridor leading to the rooms, in the evening we used cell phones to find our way) and a sweep at least every other day would give more shine to everything. Michela manages the facility with courtesy and patience. We will definitely come back, always as a couple! (If there was a mid-week towel change, it would be a plus! )

Structure in a great location, very kind staff, easy to reach the square also for shopping and everything. Very friendly and helpful staff, I will definitely come back.
