Cottage sul Mare apartments are the result of the renovation of the historic "Cottage Hotel", the first hotel in Ustica; the edifice today looks like an elegant building just a few steps from the sea and the town's main square, overlooking the beautiful Cala Santa Maria as well as the port of Ustica.

Each apartment can accommodate from 2 up to 4 people and ALL have a WIDE SEA VIEW, are furnished and equipped to allow guests to travel with the bare essentials and enjoy their stay in complete relax.

Sober and functional furnishings, spacious and well-ventilated rooms with large windows overlooking the sea that offer an unparalleled spectacle at any time of day or night.

Independent entrance, independent air conditioning system, hot and cold running water all day, kitchenette with gas stove, sink and complete kitchen equipment (pots, place settings), refrigerator, living room with table and chairs, TV, double or single sofa bed, bathroom with large shower tray, hairdryer and clothesline, sleeping area with double bed and cot (on request); complete set of bed linen and towels.

Among the common areas a platform used as a solarium, facing the sea, discreet and complete with chairs, deckchairs and tables which, at sunset, is not unusual to host nice aperitifs in cheerful company.

Once in Ustica, you can walk to all the main points of interest but also rent electric bicycles and other means of transport such as scooters and rafts to move around the island.

Do not miss diving to discover the famous rocky seabed immersed in the blue and the local gastronomy.

Considered to be one of the best options on the island.

The small apartment is in a perfect location near the harbor with a pleasant sea view. A flight of steps leads to the town with its various services and restaurants. Clean and equipped with everything needed. Mr. Luca Gentile is helpful. The only drawback is the management by the lady who works with him; the last day was an unpleasant experience. It's a shame: so much genuine care in the hospitality somewhat marred by a lack of competence.

Perfect location for a relaxing weekend in Ustica, stunning view of the harbor, just a step (a staircase) from the main street of the village. Great to have everything at hand. To visit the most beautiful seaside spots, just take a ride on a rubber boat or call Pippo who will take you (and pick you up) wherever you want to go. Courteous and helpful owner, as well as Mrs. Michela.

The apartment is really nice, clean, and functional. The location is perfect for enjoying a beautiful view of Cala Santa Maria and for being close to all the amenities of the island. Apartment simply stunning. Sea view, very convenient and equipped with everything. A few steps from the center. There is also a shared terrace with a sea view to organize aperitifs. The owner of the structure is very kind and simply available! I absolutely recommend it to all couples, families, or groups of friends.
