CIALOMA B&B is located in the center of Palermo's cultural hub, full of history, as well as local bars, restaurants, and tourist services. At the beginning of the pedestrian zone, surrounded by art, culinary culture, and the nightlife of Palermo.

Non appena abbiamo ricevuto la sua segnalazione, siamo intervenuti con la massima priorità e il problema è stato riparato immediatamente la mattina successiva, ripristinando il silenzio e il comfort dell'area. Per quanto riguarda le dimensioni della camera e del bagno, ci dispiace sinceramente che non le abbia trovate adatte alle sue esigenze personali per questo soggiorno. Very central location, welcoming, creative furnishings. Clean, breakfast buffet with sweet and savory options, pretty terrace, very kind and helpful staff. Second floor with no elevator. The location makes it really strategic if you do not have a car.

We had a very good stay; the room was small, but perfect for two people and equipped with all necessary amenities (the only thing missing was a bidet, but considering there is a hand shower available in addition to the shower, I do not consider it a major issue). A pleasant surprise was finding the topper on the bed, which made sleeping very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was well organized with essential but tasty items. The staff were courteous and helpful, both before our arrival and during our stay. I recommend this accommodation also for its excellent location.

It would be advisable to improve a few things. In particular, I stayed in room number 3 and unfortunately the mattress was really poor. It was an old thin mattress with a topper that was completely depressed in the middle; I slept with my legs elevated, so to speak. In addition, the bathroom was very small and had no bidet. The rest was acceptable, although the price was too high given the overall condition of the room.

It is impeccably located, on a street with a lot of life in the city, but quiet if the window is closed. Its decoration is beautiful and original, with all the furniture that belonged to different works of the Teatro Massimo (which is a few meters from the accommodation). The staff is super friendly and helpful. The family room is huge, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is the same, although I would suggest putting some kind of shelf in the shower where one can place the shampoo and soap, as for an elderly person it is uncomfortable to have to bend down to leave them on the floor and it can be dangerous. For everything else, only positive things to say. The breakfast is very good (exquisite ricotta cake and juices!), and it is served both on a beautiful terrace and in the living room, which is also lovely. I suggest not choosing it in case of having reduced mobility as it is all by stairs, and to consider it also if you have a lot of luggage.

A very strategic location in the city center. We could not have asked for anything better. The room was large, although it was a little noisy since we arrived on the weekend, but after midnight the nightlife quiets down and we sleep very well. The breakfast was decent. Viviana was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Clean room, good and varied breakfast; light for my daughter with yogurt, cereals and fresh fruit every morning and sweet for me among croissants and baked cassata. Strategic location. On foot you can reach everything and well supplied with public and private transport constantly passing by. The owner and staff of Cialoma B&B are helpful, efficient, professional but also very nice. The breakfast is simple but complete and essential, also because you will find everything else on the streets of Palermo. I recommend it.
