Description
Located on the central Via Cavour, just a few steps away from the Cathedral of Piazza Duomo, you will find the newly renovated Cavour Rooms apartment on the second floor (no elevator) of a building. It serves as the perfect base for your vacation in Syracuse. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. Daily cleaning is provided with free towel changes, and complimentary toiletries (soap, shower gel, hairdryer, etc.) ensure maximum hygiene and comfort. A 40-inch flat-screen TV is provided in each room, along with a mini-fridge, Lavazza coffee machine, and kettle with various teas and herbal infusions, all provided for free. Ultra-fast Fiber WIFI internet is available throughout the apartment to keep you connected. Each room also has a new and modern air conditioner with cold/hot/dehumidifying/fan functions, ensuring optimal temperature all year round. Although parking is limited on the island, Cavour Rooms is conveniently located halfway between the Duomo (the main square of the island) and the parking area. The only public parking is just 300 meters away from the Cavour Rooms, and there is also the option to reserve a spot at a secure parking garage.

Great B&B, modern, clean rooms equipped with every comfort, daily room cleaning and a kind and helpful host who was able to show us parking lots, restaurants, and things to do. The location is also great, a stone's throw from the main monuments and squares as well as close to a supermarket. Highly recommended!

Really appreciated the availability and the welcome. The room, comfortable and clean, with a small balcony overlooking the roofs of nearby buildings. Although breakfast is not included, the room is equipped with a coffee machine and a kettle. The central location is convenient to reach any point in Ortigia.

Very central location in Ortigia, very close to the Cathedral. Upon arrival, the outside doesn't give a good impression but the rooms are modern and comfortable. The parking, free or for a fee, is 5 minutes away and there is the possibility to stop on the main street for loading and unloading luggage. Worth mentioning is the breakfast served at an excellent pastry shop in front of the Cathedral.

The structure is located in the historical center of Ortigia. Rich and abundant breakfast at a pastry shop in the main square. The structure has been recently renovated, simple but well-kept rooms. Cleanliness and order make the stay even more pleasant. The manager is very helpful and attentive to any request made. I highly recommend it.

The room that was assigned to me was too small and the air conditioning was not able to cool it down. The room did not correspond to the photo indicated at the time of booking. The manager was very kind in all the information and the location of the property is definitely strategic to visit Ortigia.

Per quanto riguarda il condizionatore, avevate impostato il telecomando su "sole" e non su "neve". Ogni camera è dotata di climatizzatore autonomo da 9000btu che riesce più che egregiamente a raffreddare le camere di 15/20 m2, com è normale che sia. Saluti da Ortigia.
