Description

Cavalluccio Marino B&B is a new bed & breakfast, founded in May 2015.

It is located on the first floor of a refined building positioned in the very centre of the charming Sicilian resort town of Capo d'Orlando, between the main square and one of the most beautiful beaches on our wonderful coastline.

In just a 2 minute walk or less you can be on swimming in the azure blue sea that Sicily is so famous for.

Thanks to its very central position, it is a perfect place if you wish to arrive by train or bus, since the train and bus station is just a few minutes away on foot from the apartment.

Once you are here, everything you need is on hand; in the streets surrounding the apartment, you will find many cosy and typical Sicilian cafes where you can taste some sweet local specialities such as granite, ice-cream, cannoli and much more.

There is also a supermarket within walking distance where you will find everything you need, as well as many fashion shops, a butchers, fishmonger, a chemist, restaurants and bars.

There are also free playgrounds for children in the town, and many beach lidos during the peak season (July & August) where you will find much entertainment for children and adults alike.

There are pay lidos where there is a daily fee for the use of sun loungers and umbrellas, and free parts of the beach where you can take your own umbrella without incurring a fee.

For those who have known Capo D'Orlando like me for over 30 years, this Bed and Breakfast is an excellent solution. It is close to the seafront and the center. It offers a simple solution but full of attention for the guest, from the daily cleaning of the room to breakfast. The owner is always available for any need. Of course, it is not suitable for those who are used to five-star luxury hotels.

It was the second time for us at this bed & breakfast and if we were to return to Capo d'Orlando (which we really hope), we will definitely go back there because the location is great for both the sea and the city center. The structure is clean, well-maintained, and the owner is really super nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

The Cavalluccio Marino B&B is well taken care of in every detail, clean, located in the center and very close to the sea. The breakfast feels like being at home. Perhaps the shower is a bit too small. Mrs. Mariagrazia is really kind and attentive to everything. Highly recommended!

I stayed one night at this property with my girlfriend. Brand new location, very clean, very well structured, to be noted its strategic position a stone's throw from the sea and the historic center, you park your car right under the house and only pick it up when you leave. Excellent breakfast (abundant) but above all the availability and kindness of Mrs. Mariagrazia, the owner of the b&b. Excellent internal cleanliness of the room, in practice nothing is missing. All this deserves a 10+. Definitely worth repeating. Highly recommended.

I stayed with my girlfriend at this property for 6 nights. Fantastic experience. The structure is brand new, very clean just steps from the seafront and the historic center. We felt pampered and comfortable. Excellent value for money. The owner MariaGrazia was really kind and helpful ready to accommodate every request. We also had free beach umbrella and sunbeds. In short, 10+. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely recommended. The location of the B&B is situated between the seafront and the Piazza of Capo d'Orlando, in a quiet square with parking spaces in front of the door. The location is central yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. All cafes and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. The train station is 10 minutes away, the beach 1 minute on foot. The B&B is new, very clean and tastefully decorated. The Wi-Fi is available for free and works perfectly. The hostess is very attentive and helpful. Every morning in the new kitchen, fresh croissants, fruits, cereals and yogurts are ready. Juices and mineral water are always available in the fridge for the guest. In addition, there is fresh Italian espresso conveniently from the machine or tea - depending on taste. We had a spacious room with a large balcony, overlooking the sea through the alley, with a very comfortable double bed, a private bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, towels, shampoo and shower gel. The rooms are all air-conditioned or heated and are cleaned daily with the beds made. All in all, a perfect stay, we will definitely come back!

Very good welcome from the very kind owner and available if needed. The room was bright, pretty, and very clean. This B&B is very well located, close to the beach (1 min walk) and in the center on a small quiet square. The added bonus: beach chairs and umbrellas are provided at no extra cost.

I only spent two nights at the Cavalluccio Marino B&B, but I must admit that from a quality-price point of view, it is one of the best B&Bs I have stayed at in southern Italy. The owner, Mrs. MariaGrazia, proved to be a highly hospitable, kind, and competent person. (We had an unexpected late check-in, around midnight, and she was so kind to wait for us, even though we had initially communicated a different time). The cleanliness, the completely new room furnishings, and the breakfast served are top-notch! For those who want to stay in a very central location in Capo D'Orlando without spending a fortune, even in high season, I absolutely recommend it!

Warm welcome, Mariagrazia, the owner, is very kind and extremely helpful. Upon arrival, she showed us the room and the kitchen, which can be used whenever you want. The B&B is brand new, meticulously cared for, from cotton buds to the fridge in the room. Impeccable cleanliness. Free and fast wifi. Delicious and abundant breakfast. The B&B's location is strategic, a stone's throw from the sea and the center of Capo D'orlando. In short, you park and you don't move the car anymore. What more could you want? We had a wonderful six days. We will definitely return.
