Description

Favignana is an island full of attractions, a destination for those who love the sea with shades ranging from turquoise to green, walks, bicycles, caves, diving, coves, excursions with fishermen, sunsets, dinners on the beach with the sound of waves or in small restaurants in the town.

Our property is located within this wonderful island, immersed in greenery. Recently renovated, it maintains the original style represented by the presence of the famous Favignana tuff, sturdy enough to guarantee freshness in summer and warmth in winter.

The building is located in a central position on the island, 600 meters from the center and only 250 meters from the nearest beach (Calamoni area), 400 meters from the main equipped beach, called "Lido Burrone", and a few meters from the bus stop.

The property consists of studio and one-bedroom apartments. The studios comprise a double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a large outdoor veranda equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, and views of the garden or pine forest. The one-bedroom apartments consist of a double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower and large outdoor verandas equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers and views of the pine forest.

Our apartments are equipped with all the necessary comforts, including TV, fridge, hairdryer, and air conditioning (in some). There is also the possibility to use the washing machine and barbecue.

It is a suitable property for couples and small families who want to spend a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

To meet every need, we can offer another type of solution. Studios located in the city center, 50 meters from the main square known as "Piazza Madrice" and 300 meters from the nearest beach called "Playa". They are ideal for those who love centrality and being surrounded by all kinds of services (bars, restaurants, pharmacies, newsstands, bike-car-motorbike rentals, bus stop, etc.).

We will welcome you directly at the port of Favignana and accompany you to the chosen apartment. We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay, happy to direct and advise you in the best possible way.

Location outside the center but 5 minutes on foot and 1 minute with the scooter. Isolated apartment, perfect size for 2 people. Exceptional veranda. Kind owner, came to pick us up and drove us to the port. We felt great.

We stayed at this property for the first 10 days of September and we had a great time, excellent location, practically in the center of the island and immediately close to the first coves and the beach of Lido Burrone.\n\nWe give full marks to the cleanliness and organization of the apartment, there is everything you need, including 2 comfortable outdoor verandas. But the highest vote goes to Michele and his wife Marisella, who with their availability, kindness and extreme courtesy made us feel truly at home! They even came to pick us up at the port and later bring our luggage back.\n\nThanks to these wonderful people! We hope to see you again one day.

The place is very beautiful and close to both the coves of Calamoni and Lido Burrone on one side and close to the village of Favignana on the other. Lorena and her father are very kind and helpful both in picking us up from the port and in keeping our luggage on the check out day, allowing us to explore the island without any burden. Fantastic! Starting from the excellent location, between the center and the sea, in the only illuminated street of the island. By bike you can reach the center in 3 minutes. It is immersed in tranquility, in the evening you can enjoy starry skies and the only sound of cicadas. Fair price and welcoming and helpful manager. In short, a perfect 10 for us.

Lorena and her family were very kind. They picked us up at the port, explained in detail the various areas of the island, where to eat, and then accompanied us to pick up the rental bikes. The holiday home Case Vacanze Calamoni is new and equipped with everything, including a washing machine. It has two ventilated outdoor spaces where you can eat and rest, and an outdoor shower, very convenient when returning from the sea. It is ideal for everyone, just outside the town and close to the first beach. We, having a child, would return for lunch at the accommodation and then head back out in the afternoon, managing to easily reach all the beaches in a short time. At the end of the stay, Lorena's father helped us carry our luggage to the port, allowing us to spend another half day in peace. Absolutely a 10.

Beautiful two-room apartment immersed in the greenery and flowers. Optimal location near the sea 200 meters and close to the town center 400 meters. Well-ventilated house, very clean and with new accessories with a touch of attention: water in the fridge, soap in the bathroom, and toilet paper that may seem trivial but are very useful after traveling for many hours. Lorena is magnificent, always available, helps you with all your requests. She picks you up at the port and accompanies you to the property, and on the day of departure she keeps your luggage and delivers it to you 10 minutes before boarding the hydrofoil, so that you can enjoy the last hours at the sea until departure time like we did. Thank you Lorena for your sympathy and availability. I recommend it to everyone, we were grandmother, mother, and a two and a half year old grandchild!

The structure is simple but in full Favigna style, new but a bit too spartan in places like the kitchen and bathroom. Pleasant and breezy location although a bit too close to the road. The managers are very kind and helpful. Overall, I recommend a stay at Case Vacanze Calamoni.

We had a very good time both in the apartment and on the whole island. The location is ideal, just outside the center to find tranquility, after a day at the sea, we enjoyed dinners outside on the veranda and relaxing evenings, after walks through the small center of Favignana, surrounded by maritime pines of the garden. The structure is very functional and nice, well furnished, we really appreciated the air conditioning (especially in a scorching hot week like this July). Spacious apartment, with a beautiful veranda and large internal rooms. Perfect bathroom, the lack of bidet is perfectly compensated by the special shower, very comfortable room and nice kitchen (upon arrival we also found salt, oil and a bottle of water in the fridge). Very beautiful outdoor spaces and perfect area to visit the whole island. There are two nearby sandy beaches and many others are located in the southern part of the island.

My husband and I stayed in the studio of Case Vacanze Calamoni, after being greeted with great kindness by Lorena, who offered to give us a ride from the port to the studio. The distance from the center is short, it is a ten-minute walk. The studio has a patio overlooking a beautiful private pine forest, where you can comfortably eat and relax. There are all the amenities, except for a bidet. You can also use a washing machine. The sea (Lido Burrone and Calamoni) is five minutes away, but by bike you can quickly reach almost the entire island. The managers, Lorena and her father, Mr. Michele, are always ready to give advice on Favignana and provide assistance if needed.

Giving a rating of 10 to everything might seem strange and poorly reasoned. Starting from the assumption that everything is subjective and can be evaluated in relation to what one is looking for, I can say that: The house is new, comfortable, well-kept, and very nice, equipped with a furnished terrace, an outdoor sink, and a grill. The cleanliness was impeccable. The location, chosen deliberately, outside the town for our peace and quiet, was still very convenient. We rented scooters, but the center can be reached on foot with a 10-minute walk. As for the managers, what can I say: attentive, available, discreet, and nice. Quality-price ratio: excellent. We highly recommend it.

A week at the end of September. Wonderful vacation also thanks to this nice and functional property in every way, very clean, in a splendid position, super quiet and independent, not far from the village center and the sea. A full score promotion for everything. I highly recommend this property for couples and couples with children.
