All our houses consist of: a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Furthermore, all have an equipped outdoor area (garden, terrace or solarium).
The Holiday Houses Cristina 1, 2 and 12 are located inside the welcoming Antico Baglio residence, in a quiet position. The houses are less than 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of San Vito Lo Capo. Moreover, with a relaxing walk of about 5 minutes, you can reach the center, full of various refreshment points and shops of all kinds.
The Holiday House Cristina 161 instead is located in the parallel of the main street (via Duca degli Abruzzi n. 161) at 200m from the center.

We were six with a child. The house was about 500 m from the beach. In 50-degree heat they did not even leave us any water; there were neither napkins nor glasses. Parking was guaranteed for only one car, whereas on the phone they had told us there was space and also a microwave, which we did not find. I urgently needed to use the bathroom and the girl replied, "Well, go to a bathroom down at the bar." The house was full of ants even though it was nice and cozy. The host, immediately very helpful, brought an ant product; nevertheless, with a small child more attention could have been paid. I give the host a 5 only because the man was kind, but we did not feel very comfortable. We will not return.

Le recensioni come la sua ci permettono di mettere in evidenza la nostra disponibilità e la nostra cortesia! Iniziamo nel dire che lei è venuta alle ore 11.00 invece il check-in é previsto alle ore 16.00, ma nonostante ciò abbiamo anticipato il suo ingresso perché c’era la possibilità di farlo, evitandole di stare al caldo con il piccolo nelle ore più afose. Le abbiamo fatto parcheggiare l’auto nel parcheggio interno, e ogni casa dispone di un solo posto auto (come indicato nel sito) e per l’altra le abbiamo fornito il servizio car valet usufruendo del parcheggio convenzionato, e ha potuto scaricare i bagagli nell’appartamento senza preoccuparsi di andare a posteggiare l’auto; per di più in attesa del check-in i bagagli li abbiamo custoditi nella nostra abitazione privata. Inoltre abitando nello stesso residence vi ho fatto accomodare nella terrazza di casa mia pur non conoscendovi, per offrirvi acqua e riparo dal sole durante le procedure della registrazione. Essendo arrivata quando la casa doveva essere ancora pulita, dove avrei potuto indicarle di andare in bagno? Il primo bar dista 50m. Il microonde è presente nell’appartamento nr. 2, ma in ogni casa ci sono pentolini di varie misure per scaldare o cucinare: se aveva questa esigenza avrebbe potuto farcelo notare e le avrei fornito una soluzione immediata. La casa é stata pulita con cura come sempre, ma il residence si trova immerso nel verde e può capitare che qualche formica salga nel balcone, ma basta applicare il prodotto e tornano indietro! Non dipende da noi, é la natura! Noi continueremo a essere gentili e umani.
