The Quattrocchi houses take their name from the charming location of Lipari, located on the south side, which offers a spectacular view of the island of Vulcano and the ancient castle in the center of the town. The Aeolian-style houses are immersed in the lush greenery of a property of about 6000 square meters with orchards and typical plants of the Mediterranean scrub, just 4 km from the port of Lipari.
Less than 1 km away is the village of Pianoconte, well-stocked with restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacco shops, supermarkets, and butchers.
Don't miss the "Terme di San Calogero," a walk to Fontanelle or Monte Sant'Angelo to enjoy a view of all the islands.
Our structure is the ideal location for families and couples who love to travel and want to feel at home, for a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment, and for those who want to spend some time in a natural and uncontaminated environment.
The complex consists of three independent apartments, immersed in a typical Mediterranean garden away from the hustle and bustle but still convenient. It will be the best solution ever chosen for your well-deserved vacation.
There are 4 rooms available. Two independent (Stromboli apartment) and 2 others in Villa Meligunis.
Villa Melingunis, a spacious and comfortable unit, consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a bathroom, a large kitchen, and a living room with a double sofa bed. It is equipped with air conditioning and wireless connection. Outside, there is a spacious covered terrace equipped for a holiday in complete freedom.
The villa is designed for 4 people, but can comfortably accommodate up to 6, making it the ideal solution for a large family or a group of friends.
The added value of the house is undoubtedly the splendid view of the sea stacks and the island of Vulcano.
The Stromboli apartment consists of a bedroom with a bathroom and a simple but comfortable outdoor kitchen on one side of the large covered terrace in typical Aeolian style. It is located on the first floor, with an independent entrance and surrounded by a lovely garden.
Inside, there is a pantry with plates, pots, and glasses, a wall closet, a double bed (with the possibility of adding a cot), air conditioning, and a bathroom. Perfect for a couple and suitable for a family with one child, the Stromboli apartment is an economical solution for a quick but peaceful visit to Lipari.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
You will be welcomed at the port and assisted by me, Luca, who can speak Italian, English, and Spanish.

We should have booked for longer! We have been travelling Italy for 6 months now and this has been one of the highlights of our Italian odyssey. Case Quattrocchi is comprised of three units and all have incredible views over Lipari and Vulcano, two beautiful islands of the Aeolian. The property is only 4 km from the town centre and our host, Luca, is available to assist with transport to and from the residence which is adjacent to the Belvedere Quadrocchi panoramic lookout. We had onsite parking and the property was pure bliss, even enjoying an outdoor kitchen that worked perfectly so we had a never-ending view of the islands. Luca provided information about suitable hikes, sightseeing, restaurant recommendations, history and ecology of the area. We walked to the summit of Lipari, Monte Sant Angelo for the most spectacular view of the islands. The facilities were comfortable and spacious. I have never felt so relaxed after 5 nights at Quattrocchi. We managed to see all the islands using this as our base as it is a quick trip to the local port for daily excursions to Stromboli, Panarea, Salina and more. Thank you Luca for such a memorable experience!

Breathtaking view. Beautiful garden. The apartment is simple, but designed with great attention to detail. Extremely kind host. Luca organizes the transfer to the port. Provides valuable tips and is always approachable. A bus stop is right outside the door, so the somewhat secluded location is not a problem either.

We stayed at Case Quattrocchi and it was very nice. We had a bedroom with a bathroom and the kitchen outside. The place and the view are beautiful. Luca, the owner, was very kind from the beginning. He picked us up at the port, gave us valuable advice, and offered to take us back for departure. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and we found salt, oil, spices, soaps, cherry tomatoes, and figs available. We absolutely recommend.

The bed and breakfast Casa Quattrocchi is a corner of paradise. Surrounded by lush, eclectic, and well-maintained vegetation, the houses in perfect Strombolian style overlook one of the most scenic spots in Lipari, Belvedere Quattrocchi precisely, from which you can admire the sea stacks and the island of Vulcano. The silence is interrupted by the chirping of birds, butterflies like I haven't seen in years, and at night a quilt of stars; these are just some of the things I appreciated the most. The apartments are clean, equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and Wi-Fi. Luca, the owner, is kind, discreet, and helpful. I had the pleasure of staying at this enchanting place with my partner. The first impression I had upon arrival was the breathtaking view from the well-kept garden in which the house is immersed. The owner personally takes care of the fruit plants with great skill and produces excellent jams.

I had the opportunity to be a guest at Case Quattrocchi with my wife and daughter towards the end of May. Only the location and the view are worth a stay in this property. Adding Luca's availability in recommending itineraries and local places to visit based on our tastes and expectations, and a characteristic structure, typically Aeolian, just outside the chaos of the center, the final result was that we spent a few days of great relaxation and fun. What can I say, fantastic experience in a paradisiacal place. The photos, although beautiful and well made, do not capture the beauty, tranquility, exclusivity, and peace that reign in this place. It's a real pleasure to relax in the evening, reading a good book, away from the chaos of the town, with only the cicadas in the background. Having breakfast or dinner with such a breathtaking view is priceless. Luca was also very good at making us feel at ease, giving us advice and supporting us in every need. Highly recommended.
