Just 15 km from Trapani Birgi Airport, you can immerse yourself in authentic Sicilian culture while staying in the historic center of Marsala. Our suites have been completely renovated and feature private bathrooms and air conditioning. In keeping with tradition and located in an ancient courtyard, you can still experience the true essence of Sicily.

Conveniently located across from the Church of San Matteo on Via Punica, at the edge of the pedestrian area of the historic center, these newly independent suites have just been refurbished and offer private access via stone steps in a traditional tuff courtyard shared with your hosts Tiziana and Roberto. They blend heritage with modern amenities, including a refrigerator and air conditioning. Suite 1 (first floor) consists of two spacious rooms, a balcony overlooking the church, and a stylish compact bathroom. Suite 2 (second floor) is a large L-shaped room featuring a double bed, a discreetly positioned single bed, a luxurious shower/sink area, and a generous balcony with views of the courtyard.

Leave your car in the public parking lot just 100 meters from the house and enjoy the pedestrian zone in the historic center.

You’ll find beautiful churches, including the cathedral dedicated to Saint Thomas Becket of Canterbury, the archaeological museum housing the Punic ship, and much more.

Explore ancient cellars to sample Marsala wine. Don’t miss the Fish and Vegetable Market, while the weekly market (Tuesdays) will amaze you with food and bargains. Shopping in the city is even more exciting with over ten shoe stores dedicated to women located right behind our place!

The sea is just 300 meters away, with swimmable beaches 1 km away (where you can kitesurf during the summer). The lagoon, known as "Stagnone," offers stunning views of the island of Mozia and Isola Longa, which you can reach by canoe or even walk to in the sea (Isola Longa).

From the port, located 300 meters from the house, you can catch ferries to the Egadi Islands: visit Favignana and Levanzo for a day trip. Mazara del Vallo, Trapani, and the beautiful Selinunte are all within an hour's train ride. For lunch, we recommend some fantastic and affordable street food—arancine!, pane e panelle, gelato in brioche, pizza—while for dinner you can enjoy fish and couscous in a charming restaurant without breaking the bank.
