Our guesthouse is located in Catania, an art city, in an area rich in historical, architectural, and cultural evidence, in a peaceful position from which you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view offered by the Gioeni Park. It is often chosen because it is new and well-connected with the main city arteries.

We offer three rooms to guests, of which only two are available on online platforms, while the third is only available by phone contact.

The property is also close to the University Citadel, the Morgagni Clinic, the Giibino Care Home, the Art Institute, as well as a few meters from Via Etnea, and a 10-minute walk from the Milo and Borgo stops (there is a bus service to reach them).

Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in the places they stay, for conferences and business stays, for a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet environment, for all those who want to spend some time in an uncontaminated natural environment.

Property features:

Private bathroom in each room, 4k smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, free Wi-Fi, heated (in winter) and cooled (in summer) environments, possibility to return at any time of the night, parking space, a lovely garden, kitchenette, and a large terrace are available to our customers.

Parking is free on the public street, which is usually free and with ample availability for parking during the most useful hours for guests.

A parking space is also available inside the property. Since most of our customers prefer to park outside, the parking space is usually free, and in this case, it is possible to choose to occupy it on arrival or during the stay. However, it is advisable to request it at the time of booking, at a cost of €5 per night for direct bookings and €8 per night for bookings through channels other than this.

Electric bikes and mountain bikes are also available (with a supplement), please ask for availability confirmation before booking.
