CasaVacanzeKastalia is composed of three independent, carefully designed homes, designed to meet the needs of families, couples, and groups of friends of various sizes:
• CasaVacanzeKastalia 2 "La Rossa": a spacious first-floor apartment sleeping up to 6. Strategically located just steps from the hotel, this home is ideal for those seeking easy access to shared amenities without sacrificing tranquility.

• CasaVacanzeKastalia 3 "La Blu": also located on the first floor and sleeping 6, this functional and practical home enjoys the best location within the Resort, close to the village's common areas, such as the pool and the hotel. Perfect for those seeking a comfortable and lively stay.

• CasaVacanzeKastalia 4 "La Relax": a semi-detached villa with a private gazebo and sleeping up to 7. This home stands out for its intimate and private atmosphere, perfect for those who want to enjoy moments of absolute tranquility and comfort outdoors.

All homes feature fully equipped kitchens, spacious air-conditioned living rooms, large private outdoor spaces, and comfortable furnishings.

The Athena Resort is located within the Aleppo Pine Nature Reserve: a protected and pristine environment that offers an atmosphere of peace and well-being just steps from the sea.

From the second week of June to the third week of September, reservations are accepted only for weekly or multiple-week periods with Saturday arrival and departure.

All services offered by the Tourist Village depend on the seasonality and the organization of the Athena Resort.
