Casa Vacanze Kastalia offers three comfortable private residences located within the Athena Resort Tourist Village, situated in the Natural Reserve of Aleppo Pine along the southern coast of Ragusa. These fully furnished and equipped homes are designed to provide a residence-style stay, perfect for summer vacations, cultural experiences, relaxing weekends, or extended periods in a serene environment surrounded by nature.

The residences are on the first floor and feature a double bedroom (with a large bed in the “La Rossa” and “La Blu” homes), a small room with twin beds that can be combined, a living area with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Each house comes with air conditioning, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine with pods, insect screens, and a barbecue. The “La Relax” house, which is more spacious and independent, also offers a furnished gazebo, an outdoor shower, private parking, and bicycles. Houses 2 and 3 are equipped with a dishwasher as well. The maximum occupancy ranges from 6 to 7 people depending on the selected house.

During the summer season, from June 1st to September 28th, guests can take advantage of all the facilities and services of the village, including an Olympic-sized pool, a private beach with free shuttle service, a mini club, play areas, sports fields, restaurants, bars, and daytime and evening entertainment, all supported by Club cards already included in the rates (for up to 5 people). In the off-peak seasons, some facilities remain available, but tourist activities are not operational, making the stay ideal for those seeking peace, privacy, and direct contact with the surrounding environment.

The location is strategically positioned for visiting Val di Noto and the main archaeological sites in southeastern Sicily. The beaches of Scoglitti and Randello, the Donnafugata Castle, and baroque towns such as Ragusa, Modica, and Scicli are easily accessible by car. It is essential to have your own vehicle, as there are no public transport connections between the village and nearby towns.

The rental of the houses during the summer is limited to weekly stays with arrivals and departures on Saturdays; throughout the rest of the year, more flexible bookings are accepted, with advantageous rates for long stays.
