Description

Casa Vacanze Valentina is set in the area of Castellammare del Golfo, a little town surrounded by the sandy beach, named plaja, by fantastic faraglioni (big rock emerging from the sea) in front of the tuna station and it's really near to the wildlife reserve of zingaro (10 minutes to arrive). The unpolluted rocky coastline and wonderfull crystal clear waters are typical of this area.

Casavacanze valentina is set in contrada bocca della carrubba (castellammare del golfo) in complete harmony with the landscape, it is two kilometres far from the town, in a plot of land (15. 000 square metre), mostly planted with trees.

The area is particularly quiet and offers the visitors the wonderful scenery of the entire Gulf of Castellammare.

Casavacanze valentina is a two storied building with eight two roomed flats, each one is independent of the others. One flat is accessible to people with disabilities as well.

The flats are confortabli and practical, the furniture is pleasant. The flats offers:
- area to stay during the day: living room/dining room with kitchen and sofa bed;
- area to stay during the night: double room;
- area for relaxing: furnished veranda;
services: every flat equiped with wide toilet and shower box;
equipment of the flat: hob, sink, kitchenware, microwave oven, fridge and satellite tv, air conditioner, iron and combination safe in the room.

Outside, there is a pleasant surprise for children and adults, a nice swimming pool, equipped with showers, sunshade parasol, deckchairs and a gander where you can enjoy relaxing moments.

Barbecue, solarium and car park are available for the guests.

By requirement, it's possible to have a bus for the beach or for excursions.

Casavacanze valentina is set in a strategic point to see west sicily
Castellammare del Golfo is itself a historical and artistic centre, where different civilizations have follewed one another and have left many traces. A few kilometres away (5 minutes) you will find scopello with its famous Faraglioni, where once upon a time the hugest tuna station of west Sicly used to work.

Inland there are Fiume Caldo and the famous terme Segestane, (thermal bath and spa), whose sulphurous waters are gifted with curative properties.

A quiet, well-kept, and welcoming place. The stay with friends was pleasant, each of us had our own mini apartment equipped with every comfort. I stayed in the Superior apartment with a large terrace, which offered a spectacular view, while my friends stayed in the pool view apartments. We will cherish the kindness of Mariano who welcomed us with a smile, providing us with excellent tips to explore the area to the fullest; we will also remember the lovely afternoons by the pool, the laughter, and, finally, the fantastic fish barbecue we organized using the house's barbecue. Highly recommended place, strategically located to move around the area. N. B. Brand new air conditioners.

Quiet place, breathtaking view. Our apartment is clean, with a huge terrace. The owner, Mr. Mariano, is very kind and often offered us fruit and cassatelle: local pastries with fresh ricotta, delicious. We, a family with 2 children, had a great time. Of course, you need a car to get around. Very satisfied.
