Casa Giuliana and Malvasia B&B, two small family-run accommodations, located not far from the sea in a panoramic and quiet position, in the historic heart of the town
We offer simple yet comfortable rooms and self-catering accommodation in Lipari. They are both located in the center of Lipari, close to the main square of Marina Corta, a stone's throw from the main street Corso Vittorio Emanuele; Available to our guests spacious rooms with private bathroom, with all facilities and apartments with panoramic terrace. Where you can enjoy a good breakfast with delicious pastries typical of the Aeolian Islands.
The Malvasia apartments are not in the same building as Casa Giuliana but in another building about 200m away (a couple of minutes on foot). The Antonella house apartment is instead in the same building, it has a balcony overlooking a characteristic alley, but the terrace with sea view is not usable.

Nicely decorated spacious room with good facilities for cooking food if needed. Plenty of storage space for clothes too. The balcony was a bit small and the size of the shutters made it even smaller, but nice to have one to hang out washing and watch the world go by. The flat is on the first floor in a narrow old town street, no cars and quiet - only a few minutes walk from the main street with all the restaurants and the harbour. The door to the street was a bit tricky to close as there was no handle or knob.

Located in a strategic position, practically at Marina Corta, at the end of the main street, where you can find shops and restaurants, right above the best pastry shop in Lipari, the owner is extremely kind and helpful, convenient quality-price ratio, beautiful vacation, I will come back.

Excellent location 5 minutes from the Marina Corta port where excursions depart, delicious pastry shop at the foot of the apartment. Well-equipped, clean. Very good welcome.

We stayed in one of the studios provided by the manager. The studio is complete with everything, good cleanliness, very comfortable. We were very happy and satisfied, excellent value for money. We recommend this property to those who want to save money without sacrificing comfort, as this property is located near the center, reachable on foot in 5 minutes. The owners are very kind. We hope to return sometime.
