Description
The Conteamare vacation home is located just 200 meters from the beach and is situated in the Marina di Modica district, a locality in the Val di Noto. The spacious outdoor area, surrounded by greenery, has a private parking for your car, a dining area with barbecue and a storage room with a fridge, umbrella and two beach chairs. In addition, you can enjoy an outdoor shower with hot water.

The interior of the vacation home consists of a large open space with a kitchen and dining area, a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in both the living room and the bedroom, a coffee machine and a hairdryer are also available. The entire unit is air-conditioned and upon arrival guests will be provided with sheets and towels for the entire stay.

The property is sanitized weekly and any additional services requested will be at the guests' expense. Guests can also take advantage of an outdoor terrace with sea views, equipped with a relaxation area, and a small balcony at the back of the vacation home.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 15 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 14 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 80% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Holiday Apartment Conteamare is 15km from Modica, 34km from Ragusa Ibla and 42km from Noto. At 40 km we find the Vendicari Nature Reserve and we are 35 km from the renowned seaside village of Marzamemi. The beach of Marina di Modica is equipped with bathing beaches. Nearby there are restaurants and all useful services.
