Holiday homes just a few minutes away from the Cervello Hospital on Trabucco Street, the Progresso Medicale Center on Brunelleschi Street, and the Genesi Clinic on Pietro Scaglione Street, all of which can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

The first apartment consists of one bedroom, a kitchen, and a private bathroom.

The second apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

The kitchens are equipped with dishes, a microwave, a gas oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a washing machine, a hob, an iron and an ironing board.

The rooms are air-conditioned and both the kitchen and bedroom have a flat-screen TV.

Secure parking is available.

Great apartment very well equipped and well air-conditioned. The owner is always welcoming and available: he provides bottles of fresh water in the fridge, a nice and much appreciated gesture given the summer heat in Palermo! There is also the availability of private parking, which is very important in this city!

I visited Dimora Cervello with my husband and son, unfortunately for a very short time as we were just passing through, but I would like to leave a great review as we had a wonderful experience. The place was extremely clean, the room with ensuite bathroom had a beautiful style, everything was comfortable and cozy. Excellent breakfast and very kind and friendly owners. I will gladly return. Highly recommended!

I stayed only one night at Dimora Cervello, which is very close to the Tax Agency office where I had to go for work. Tastefully decorated, very clean and equipped with all comforts. Very convenient secure parking. Exceptional value for money. Also last night I dined at a very economical trattoria, located a few steps from the property, where you can enjoy excellent Sicilian specialties.

Excellent holiday home near Dimora Cervello hospital.\n\nWe were warmly welcomed by the owner of the property who provided us with all the information and accompanied us to the hospital to show us the way.\n\nThe house contains every comfort for breakfast and is very well maintained and clean.\n\nThe owner provides free parking just a few meters from the house.\n\nWe had a great time and paid only 40 euros for two people. The quality - price ratio is really very good.\n\nWe will definitely return for our future visits to the hospital.\n\nA special thanks to the owner always ready to meet every request and provide information.

Excellent facility near the Cervello Hospital, very convenient to reach the hospital. Free reserved and guarded parking is offered 10 m from the house, saving the cost of paid parking inside the hospital. By car, the hospital can be reached in one minute and on foot in 10 minutes. The owner was very kind and available for any information and needs. The house is well equipped with all the amenities and well heated. It was a very comfortable stay.

I stayed at Dimora Cervello for one night as I had to go to Cervello hospital, a few minutes walk away, and I was very happy. The bedroom and the bathroom, besides being very nice, have all the necessary comforts, even an air conditioner to heat the bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and very comfortable. Impeccable cleanliness. Highly recommend (also for quality/price).
