Casa Sunrise is located on the second floor of a small condominium without an elevator, just 250 meters from the historic center and 1 km from the Lido beach, allowing you to explore the city easily and reach the sea in just a few minutes. Additionally, there is free street parking nearby, making it easy to avoid the typical challenges of the historic center.
Each room has been designed to provide a stay focused on relaxation and functionality. The beds, with memory foam mattresses and pocket springs, combined with memory foam pillows, ensure optimal rest. The reading lamps with USB outlets and the dimmable LED lamp, adjustable in warmth and intensity, with a 10W Bluetooth speaker, allow you to customize the atmosphere of the room according to your needs.
For your entertainment, each room is equipped with a 32-inch smart monitor with Netflix included and ultra-fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection. The spacious work areas, with desks measuring 60x180 cm, are ideal even for the most demanding workers, smart workers, and digital nomads. The large wardrobes are perfect for those who choose long stays, while the spacious table fridge offers further convenience for storing drinks and snacks.

We had a truly fantastic stay! The B&B is cared for down to the smallest detail, cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Excellent location, modern and well-kept furnishings. Comfortable bed, excellent cleanliness and all the comforts: air conditioning, fridge and clean linens. The owner was very kind and helpful and even gave us tips and a guide about the area. We will come back!

Excellent. We came from Palermo and stopped in Sciacca to visit the temple of Salinute. We felt very comfortable. The owner is an extremely kind person. In addition to sending us very helpful links about what to see in the area, where to eat and where to enjoy the local specialties, he welcomed us in a friendly way. The most important thing for us was the utmost cleanliness. Free parking right below the house, a short walk from the center. We will gladly return.

I recently stayed at this B&B and the experience was really very positive. The property is new, modern and well maintained, with numerous comforts that make the stay pleasant and relaxing. The room was very bright, welcoming and well organized; the bathroom, in addition to being spacious, has many hooks, a practical detail often overlooked but really useful. The breakfast room is large and comfortable, perfect to start the day peacefully. I also appreciated the availability of coffee and tea free of charge in the room, a service always appreciated. A special thanks to the host, extremely kind and helpful: I needed to print some documents and he was immediately willing to help me. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a modern, clean environment and attentive hospitality.

The room is perfect. The location is very good, close to the center and all the dining options. The service was excellent. The only drawback is that it is on the third floor accessed by stairs (something to keep in mind). I would definitely return.

I stayed in this apartment for two days and felt very good. The location is clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The staff was kind and helpful for every need. We had a relaxing weekend and it is the second time we are returning. We feel great. Giovanni is a very friendly and helpful host. The place is brand new and in the center with all comforts at hand. Giovanni can advise you on places to visit, the sea, trekking, and typical restaurants. The e-bike service he offers is also great. He gave us a route through the coastal locations that you normally can't visit by car. Excellent, I recommend it and we will definitely return!

Great location: by going up a single flight of stairs you reach the city center. New apartments with a simple and modern design. Excellent cleanliness of the premises. Owner is always friendly and helpful. I feel like recommending this apartment.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, capisco il tuo punto di vista. Essendo un affittacamere, non abbiamo l'obbligo di fornirla e non possiamo manipolare alimenti, ma offriamo comunque la possibilità di fare colazione in camera, inclusa in una tariffa di 60€. Credo che questo possa rappresentare un valore aggiunto. Inoltre, mi ha fatto piacere portarti un cornetto in occasione del late check-out! Spero di poterti ospitare nuovamente in futuro. È stato un piacere ospitare Roberta, la sua famiglia e i suoi amici. Hanno richiesto con insistenza un check-in anticipato, che con qualche difficoltà è stato concesso per le 13: 15. Tuttavia, sono arrivati alle 12: 45, citofonando ripetutamente. Gli amici, che avevano prenotato una doppia, si sono presentati con un bambino di un anno e mezzo, dando per scontato che avrebbe dormito nel letto con loro. Fortunatamente, quel giorno erano gli unici ospiti in struttura, perché tra il tono di voce alto e il rumore dei bambini avrebbero potuto disturbare gli altri. Prima della partenza, mi hanno segnalato alcuni piccoli miglioramenti da apportare, cosa che ho apprezzato, ma non hanno menzionato di aver danneggiato la maniglia della porta scorrevole del bagno. In generale, ragazzi simpatici, ma con margini di miglioramento in termini di rispetto ed educazione.
