Casa Sunrise is located on the second floor of a small condominium without an elevator, just 250 meters from the historic center and 1 km from the Lido beach, allowing you to explore the city easily and reach the sea in just a few minutes. Additionally, there is free street parking nearby, making it easy to avoid the typical challenges of the historic center.
Each room has been designed to provide a stay focused on relaxation and functionality. The beds, with memory foam mattresses and pocket springs, combined with memory foam pillows, ensure optimal rest. The reading lamps with USB outlets and the dimmable LED lamp, adjustable in warmth and intensity, with a 10W Bluetooth speaker, allow you to customize the atmosphere of the room according to your needs.
For your entertainment, each room is equipped with a 32-inch smart monitor with Netflix included and ultra-fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection. The spacious work areas, with desks measuring 60x180 cm, are ideal even for the most demanding workers, smart workers, and digital nomads. The large wardrobes are perfect for those who choose long stays, while the spacious table fridge offers further convenience for storing drinks and snacks.
The comfort is completed by a very quiet air conditioning system and spacious bathrooms, fully equipped with all the necessary accessories for a comfortable stay.

The room is perfect. The location is very good, close to the center and all the dining options. The service was excellent. The only drawback is that it is on the third floor accessed by stairs (something to keep in mind). I would definitely return.

I stayed in this apartment for two days and felt very good. The location is clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The staff was kind and helpful for every need. The breakfast, provided by the bakery downstairs, was excellent: simple but tasty. I definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort and tranquility. I will gladly return.

We had a relaxing weekend and it is the second time we are returning. We feel great. Giovanni is a very friendly and helpful host. The place is brand new and in the center with all comforts at hand. Giovanni can advise you on places to visit, the sea, trekking, and typical restaurants. The e-bike service he offers is also great. He gave us a route through the coastal locations that you normally can't visit by car. Excellent, I recommend it and we will definitely return!

Tuttavia, sono arrivati alle 12: 45, citofonando ripetutamente. Gli amici, che avevano prenotato una doppia, si sono presentati con un bambino di un anno e mezzo, dando per scontato che avrebbe dormito nel letto con loro. Fortunatamente, quel giorno erano gli unici ospiti in struttura, perché tra il tono di voce alto e il rumore dei bambini avrebbero potuto disturbare gli altri. Prima della partenza, mi hanno segnalato alcuni piccoli miglioramenti da apportare, cosa che ho apprezzato, ma non hanno menzionato di aver danneggiato la maniglia della porta scorrevole del bagno.
