We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was positive. The apartment is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen area where nothing was missing (including a coffee machine and an electric juicer!) and then there are the 3 beds and the room with a double bed. The decor is very well maintained and the bathroom has been recently renovated. Mrs. Patrizia was very helpful with all our requests and recommended where to eat (the Cappello pastry shop is exceptional, just 20 m away). But the real strong point is the proximity to the center: the royal palace is reachable on foot in 5 minutes, while being outside the ZTL, and I always found parking in the street. The apartment is on the ground floor, so it's convenient for luggage, but having a double door, it is well soundproofed and you don't hear passing cars. The only negative point is the lack of a window, but that wasn't a big problem. Definitely an excellent solution for visiting Palermo!
