Just 9 minutes away from Piazza Indipendenza, the historical Catacombe dei Cappuccini, from Palazzo dei Normanni, the Cathedral and just 2 minutes away from Viale Regione Siciliana. It takes place in a pacific neighborhood of Palermo, which is behind the Ninni Cassarà park. A private toilet, air conditioner, radiators, an LCD 32" TV and a little strongbox is available in each room. The apartement has a huge kitchen and, during summer season, it can be possible to have breakfast on the terrace. For your safety, a camera security system has been installed into the apartement, only on common areas. A bike rent service is available.

Impeccable structure in every way. The state of the furnishings is completely new! Comfortable, clean, fragrant, and very comfortable. It has bedrooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom; and, in addition, something unusual, a cozy and fresh little garden inside the structure. The owner, with innate cordiality and education, puts your every need first and provides in detail everything needed for a hygienic overnight stay. Rating? 10 out of 10! I will definitely come back.

Recently renovated apartment, spacious rooms, large bathroom, beautiful kitchen. The bathroom is not in the room but right in front of the room and is for the exclusive use of the room. Each room has its own bathroom. The owner was kind and punctual in handing me the keys. Easy parking can be found in the adjacent Piazza Turba. Great price. I will definitely return.
