Acacie houses are semi-detached villas. The apartments, located on the ground floor or first floor, are situated in the village just a stone's throw away from the beach (approximately 250 meters) and the Santuario square (approximately 400 meters), as shown on the map and photos on the website.
All apartments are furnished and equipped with a kitchenette, utensils, and accessories. In addition to the bedrooms, each apartment has livable outdoor spaces (terraces and/or courtyard verandas).
The "Acacie" apartments are well-ventilated and well-exposed; the three-room apartments on the first floor have access via a spiral staircase. All accommodations have air conditioning in the living room. They consist of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a living room entrance with kitchenette, and a veranda with a table and chairs.
The apartments are available from 4: 00 pm on the day of arrival until 9: 00 am on the day of departure.
Small pets are allowed upon agreement.

Our family owns a few houses in San Vito lo Capo, which we rent out privately according to the regulations that govern this type of temporary tourist rental. We have been working in tourism for many years and it is important for us to establish a clear, convivial relationship with the families on vacation, while also respecting everyone's privacy and rights.

We stayed on the first floor and the apartment is equipped with everything you need: kitchenette, dishes, tablecloth, and washing machine. Very airy and cool, located very close to the beach and the town center. The lady is very kind and helpful.

We had a fairly good time, but I want to point out some flaws. The apartment lacks mosquito nets and it's impossible to refresh at night because, due to the presence of mosquitoes, the windows cannot be opened. There is air conditioning only in the living room and not everyone tolerates it. The spiral staircase is really difficult for those who need to carry medium or large suitcases. The apartment was not provided with kitchen paper, dish detergent, kitchen towels, salt, oil, coffee, and the basic items usually found in this type of rental. The apartment is very noisy, due to a speaker that in the evening hours broadcasts music and entertainment at very high volume in some nearby structure, and also due to cleaning works that are carried out in the courtyard of the adjacent hotel around 5 in the morning.

Salve, che c'è il condizionatore solo in soggiorno (peraltro puntato verso le porte delle camere da letto) lo sapeva sin dalle info speditevi e anche dal sito. Non abbiamo zanzariere ma persiane e tende a rete stretta. Bastava chiedere prima e glielo avremmo detto (peraltro si vedono benissimo dalle foto nel sito). La scala a chiocciola non solo è segnalata ma anche fotografata! NON LASCIAMO MATERIALE DA CONSUMO, tranne il necessario per l'arrivo, come rotoli di carta igienica, piastrine contro le zanzare, bottiglie d'acqua da bere, presine, stracci e pezze, secchio, scopa e paletta. E STROFICACCI (che sì, c'erano). Lasciamo anche qualche sacchetto per netturbe, cuffiette, cerini ecct. I detersivi e i detergenti, i saponi, l'olio, sale e caffè, sono materiali da consumo personali quando integri. Ciascuno li compra e usa i propri. Se invece intende già aperti e lasciati da qualche cliente precedente, LE ASSICURO CHE NON SI DEVONO NE' SI POSSONO LASCIARE, NON SOLO A MOTIVO DELLE RECENTI RACCOMANDAZIONI PER IL COVID, MA PER MOTIVI IGIENICI GENERALI E SEMPRE VALIDI. Gli strofinacci, le pezze per pulire e i tappeti , sono da noi sanificati oltre alla biancheria da letto e bagno. Anche le superfici e le tende, vengono sanificate al cambio ospiti. La rumorosità provocata dall'animazione di vicini villaggi turistici, anche se da noi segnalata, non dipende da nostra volontà. L'albergo vicino comincia a pulire vialetti ed esterni non prima delle 08,00 di mattina. Probabilmente i rumori di cui parla sono causati dal comune per la raccolta rifiuti , i cui addetti girano in paese sin dal mattino, su questo non possiamo intervenire. Comunque segnalerò loro di porre attenzione anche se non me lo aveva detto nessun altro. Perchè si capisce che si tratta di servizio essenziale. Peraltro chi cerca silenzio e pace assoluta difficilmente sceglie località di mare e zona vicina alla spiaggia e frequentata abbastanza già dai primi di giugno. Tanto a precisazione.
