The property is spread over two levels and features well-organized spaces, perfect for accommodating up to six guests in a comfortable and functional setting.

Inside, you'll find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms designed for practicality and privacy. The house includes high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for those working remotely, as well as air conditioning and heating in the living area, a fan, a washing machine, and a television, ensuring a pleasant stay in every season.

The location allows for an easy and natural experience of the village: essential services like a mini-market are just a few steps away, and the pedestrian historic center, bustling with restaurants, pubs, and local shops, is easily accessible with a short walk.
