It's composed by:
- one ENTRANCE
- a DOUBLE BEDROOM with window and mosquito net and air conditioning. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror, bedside tables and two armchairs. Upon request it is possible to add a single bed and/or a standard or camping cot;
- a SINGLE BEDROOM with 2 single beds, which can become a double bed if necessary. It has a window with mosquito net, air conditioning, a wardrobe and a bedside table.
- a KITCHEN with air conditioning, gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, SMART TV, a small sofa and a table with 4 chairs;
- a large BATHROOM with sink cabinet, hydromassage shower, toilet and bidet;
- a LAUNDRY with washing machine, ironing board, iron, drying rack and everything needed to refresh linen;
- a PERGOLA with outdoor table, chairs and 2 comfortable outdoor armchairs
- a LARGE GARDEN with green lawn, deckchairs, armchairs with table, games for children (slide, playhouse), barbecue and outdoor shower where you can cool off when returning from the sea.
Guest access:
The house is totally at your disposal, there are no areas shared with other guests. It is also completely fenced (fence of approximately 2m), has a driveway gate and a pedestrian gate.

The love for the traditions of my land of origin and for nature pushed me to restore splendor to this rural house which dates back to the early 1900s by bringing to light the ancient stone walls, and to create a garden outside which is similar to a little corner of paradise.

You will find every type of comfort: 2 bedrooms, new furniture, full kitchen, bathroom with hydromassage shower, a laundry room complete with washing machine, private parking, garden, barbecue.. and everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The house is located in the center between the cities of Modica, Ispica and Pozzallo.
Its position allows you to enjoy different emotions every day: you can dedicate yourself to visiting the baroque cities of the Val di Noto or discover the sea and the splendid beaches of the Mediterranean coast. The neighborhood is very quiet, immersed in the Modica countryside. You can enjoy the view of the typical "dry stone walls" and the Mediterranean scrub.
