Within a short distance from the historic center of Palermo, you will find a delightful recently renovated apartment that maintains its old charm while offering all modern comforts. The open space includes a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a double bedroom with a wardrobe, a small bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The recent renovation and furnishings have been personally taken care of by two architects, Salvo and Cinzia, the owners, with the aim of creating a welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel pampered and loved, just like at home. Ideal for families and couples traveling who prefer privacy over the confusion and strict rules of a hotel. The kitchen is equipped with an oven to prepare delicious meals, and the balcony overlooks the Papireto river park. Bed linen and towels are included. On the same landing, there is another apartment owned by the same owner, where Mr. Tiziano will welcome you and will be at your disposal to provide useful advice about the city and any other information you may need.

Thank you for hosting us in your establishment. Excellent welcome from Mr. Tiziano who advised us on places and sights to visit. Strategic location, accessible by car but just a few steps from the historic center in the limited traffic ZTL area. Quiet and clean. Excellent value for money.

Highly recommended. I had the pleasure of staying in this clean and welcoming place. Even though breakfast is not included, they left us coffee pods, typical cookies, and water. Very well-maintained and Mr. Giovanni was very friendly, explaining routes, paths, and pointing us to places and delicacies to enjoy. Everything was very beautiful.
