Cleanliness, tranquility, courtesy, and friendliness of the manager. Excellent breakfast and private parking. All just 150 meters from the seafront. I couldn't wish for more. The overall rating is 9 only because I prefer somewhat firmer mattresses, but on the other hand, I have found similar ones in 4-star hotels in Val Gardena!

The room is located below street level, so you cannot avoid the smell of humidity even in the furnishings. The room is clean and not very small, although the fridge showed signs of rust. Most likely, the other rooms that are at street level do not have any of these issues.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but my concerns quickly disappeared once I checked in. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and the room exceeded my expectations—clean, spacious, and comfortable. It turned out to be a fantastic stay! The price was very reasonable, and the breakfast was excellent. I’d absolutely love to stay here again the next time I’m in Mondello.

I had a good experience because the place is quiet, comfortable, and a stone's throw from the center. The manager is very kind, and I thank him again for the big favor. It was not owed, and I appreciated it very much. If I get the chance, I will definitely return, even with my family.

We found ourselves quite well. The room is large and comfortable. The parking is guarded inside. The breakfast is normal. Much improvement is needed in the cleanliness, which has not been done completely in some areas of the room.

We were welcomed as if we were at home, family atmosphere, they helped us with everything, Jussi the lady who takes care of breakfast is adorable and very helpful, always willing! The place has everything you need, good internet connection, kitchen, air conditioning, parking. Comfortable bed.

Very nice and clean place, large room with kitchen and small garden in front of the room. The breakfast in the garden is plentiful and with fresh croissants, I requested a gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast and was immediately accommodated. The manager and staff are extremely kind. It's not very close to the sea, 1km on foot, and to the center on foot. You can park the car inside the property. I highly recommend it.

The location is strategic, less than 10 minutes from the beautiful beach with Charleston. Parking for the car is available and the rooms are very clean. The excellent breakfast with fresh croissants every morning is a plus. The outdoor space is great for those with dogs or children. Mrs. Giusy is extremely kind; it felt like being with family. Highly recommended.
