Ideal for families or groups because it is an apartment with several bedrooms and 2 common/shared bathrooms and 1 kitchen. Guests can warm or cook light meals. Also ideal for single/solo travelers if intended to use this property for the nights (to sleep and shower). This property is close to the train station, Birgi Airport bus, Islands' ferry, various paninerias (excellent Sicilian sandwich shops), mini-markets, fruit shops, pharmacies, herbal shop, coffee shops, restaurants, and 'Via Roma'. Wonderful and helpful host/owner. Very difficult to enter the apartment's block on arrival, if you do not have mobile internet; therefore, must plan carefully with the host.

We were 7 and luckily all from the same family. We stayed for 8 nights and found nothing as described on the website. Breakfast was almost non-existent, we couldn't even find coffee pods for some days. Despite multiple requests to the owner, we struggled to even get milk biscuits. There was no room cleaning done. I have photos of dust accumulated behind the bed and on the side cabinet, as well as cleaning materials left on a chair in the hallway. The owner greeted us very well but then disappeared for days, only to reappear to take a shower in our bathroom. For 8 days, we were left with the same bathroom towels that were never changed. We even left and contacted the owner, but received no response. We left the keys hanging, sent a WhatsApp message, and still haven't heard back.

After a boat vacation, having a free day before the flight, we used a room to store our luggage, 12 bags. Excellent service, unique in Marsala, very close to all public transport. Thank you Alessandro, you allowed us to go to Mazara del Vallo. We will return.

The bed and breakfast is well located in the center of Marsala, on a busy avenue with its advantages (no need to take the car) and its disadvantages (a bit of noise at night). \nThe host is charming and attentive both for sightseeing tips and for breakfast supplies.
