Description
The property is a detached house surrounded by greenery in a quiet residential area of Catania called "La scogliera". The B&B is located near the Gulf of Ognina, renowned seafaring place since ancient times. The villa is a new building made recently with artigianal furniture.
Every room is equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The place where the B&B is located is great for those who do not want to get into the city center and is accessible via all major road: Motorway (A18 - A19), SS (SS 114). During your stay you can leave your car in the parking lot inside of the structure and use public transport that you can take in front of the B&B.
The place where the property is situated can be used as a reference point to go to all the places in the province of Catania.

Hello, I have always had a passion for welcoming and hospitality. I have always believed that even giving a little bit of quality rewards. My small structure was born from a strong desire to put all my experience at the service of the guest. Excellent value for money at this Bed and Breakfast located near the marina of Catania. Room very clean and welcoming, polite and helpful staff, good parking. Fairly positive judgment.

Consigliatissimo. Molto comodo per chi arriva in auto. Mi sono trovato benissimo, meglio di un hotel ***. Peccato che ci siano solo 4 camere. Spero di trovarne una libera quando servirà a me.

La colazione era molto essenziale..avrei gradito trovare una ciambella o qualcosa di fatto in casa.
In compenso il proprietario molto gentile ed ospitale.
Lo consiglio anche a chi deve recarsi al CCRM un centro ospedaliero da cui dista pochissimo.
