Description

The property is a detached house surrounded by greenery in a quiet residential area of Catania called "La scogliera". The B&B is located near the Gulf of Ognina, renowned seafaring place since ancient times. The villa is a new building made recently with artigianal furniture.

Every room is equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The place where the B&B is located is great for those who do not want to get into the city center and is accessible via all major road: Motorway (A18 - A19), SS (SS 114). During your stay you can leave your car in the parking lot inside of the structure and use public transport that you can take in front of the B&B.

The place where the property is situated can be used as a reference point to go to all the places in the province of Catania.

Hello, I have always had a passion for welcoming and hospitality. I have always believed that even giving a little bit of quality rewards. My small structure was born from a strong desire to put all my experience at the service of the guest. The attention to detail and the maintenance of the places in a decent way makes me feel good and above all I feel gratified when a guest leaves saying they enjoyed their stay and that they will come back to visit me.

We stayed at B&B Borgo Ognina from June 10 to 16 for a short vacation, and each day was a discovery. We rated every category with the highest score because Alfio proved to be an attentive, caring, and kind host, fulfilling all our requests even before we formulated them. He recommended places to visit, spots to enjoy the good things this land produces with great wisdom, and he showed an understanding of the particular needs of the guest. Every time we followed one of his recommendations, we found it wonderful, all done with great discretion and without being intrusive. We hope to return because there is still so much to discover.

Highly recommended. Very convenient for those arriving by car. I had a great time, better than a *** hotel. Too bad there are only 4 rooms. I hope to find one available when I need it.

The breakfast was very basic. I would have appreciated finding a donut or something homemade.\n\nOn the other hand, the owner was very kind and hospitable.\n\nI also recommend it to those who need to go to the CCRM, a hospital center which is very close by.
