Blu ModicAmare is a new built residence built on a simple, cared area endowed with flowered garden and playground equipped for children, just a few metres far from a beautiful golden sandy beach.
The complex consists of a main building with reception and relax area, and three blocks housing two-storey apartments. Facilities available: reception, living room (with internet point, tv, little library, games), ping-pong table, tennis court, pool with Jacuzzi massage zone and shallower area for children, external unguarded parking (1 car park per apartment).

We really had an enjoyable stay at this lovely place! Beautifully clean, well-equipped apartments. Close to the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was often empty. Highly recommended.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Blu ModicAmare. The location was perfect: a short walk to the beach and town center. The pool and surroundings were very well maintained and the host was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Perfect spot in Marina di Modica. We loved our stay in this child friendly place, which is kept in very good condition. It has a nice pool and is just a short walk from the beach. We would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in southern Sicily.

Hello, I stayed at the residence from the 25th to the 1st of September 2017, I can only confirm the following things: - maximum hospitality and availability - new and well-kept structure - everything in order (example: coefficient of grip on poolside flooring, constant and visible pool cleaning, efficient air conditioners...) - cleanliness of the structure (green areas, stairs, and common areas..) - excellent cleanliness of the accommodations - excellent furnishings and supplies of the accommodations. Highly recommended for families with children. Congratulations to the management.
