The apartment has been totally renovated with quality materials, attention to detail, to give guests maximum comfort during your stay. The building is right in front of the sea and the new promenade that skirts; well served by public transport is just a few meters from trams and buses and about 200 meters from the ferry landing Charon - Tourist. The B&B has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, chromotherapy, radio and ionizer and a bathroom with outdoor area. The rooms are equipped with every comfort: sheets, towels, rug, mat, safe, cleaning products and personal care, LCD TV, heating and air conditioning.

Nel frattempo, abbiamo anche provveduto a riparare il guasto entro un paio d'ore, tempi decisamente rapidi considerando le difficoltà logistiche legate alla stagione estiva. Siamo perfettamente consapevoli di quanto la climatizzazione sia importante in Sicilia durante i mesi più caldi, ed è per questo che abbiamo dato la massima priorità alla risoluzione del problema. Kindness and cordiality of the owner, the place is beautiful, the room clean and perfect with a very nice bathroom and a small veranda with a table for intimate dining. All modern, abundant breakfast with coffee and croissants. Minibar includes drinks and water 24h, always with rusks, jams and various juices. An excellent place in Messina, well done to the owner.

For our short stay in Messina, this B&B was excellent. The location was perfect, on the tram line. The room was wonderful, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every morning and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this B&B.
