The first Bed and Breakfast in a peaceful town on the Tyrrhenian coast, 10 minutes away from Messina and Milazzo, offers comfort, privacy, and elegance to its guests. The Deluxe rooms are equipped with an internal bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a 43-inch Smart TV. The B&B is only 30 meters away from the beach but away from the main road to ensure the privacy and tranquility of the customers. Guests can choose to have breakfast at the affiliated bar on the beach or at home with a wide selection of products available for free at any time of the day. The location is ideal for excursions to the surrounding areas such as Milazzo, the Aeolian Islands, Colli San Rizzo, Dinnamare, Messina, and Taormina. Additionally, the B&B offers free umbrellas and beach towels to its customers with only the cost of the final wash. The facility is always open by appointment and please book with a telephone notice in advance to ensure the availability of rooms and staff. Maximum privacy and discretion are guaranteed to customers who can enter and leave the facility freely thanks to the keys provided at check-in. The B&B also offers free transfers for its guests from the country's train station or neighboring towns, as well as advice for daily excursions to local attractions and bicycle and car rental. The property accepts small pets upon request and in specific rooms, with an extra cost starting from 10 euros per day.

Having received military training, I consider myself a very serious, available and precise person, especially when it comes to taking care of all the small details and specifics of my establishment.
We always strive to offer maximum privacy to our clients so that they feel truly at home, while at the same time providing them with all the comforts of a hotel.
Lately, we have been less present due to our work and the presence of young children in the family. Therefore, we prefer contact via WhatsApp and have restricted our check-in hours, especially for those who come through Booking. So, if you bypass it, it's better, as you will certainly have more flexibility and included services from us.

Equidistant from Messina and Milazzo, 10 minutes from both (15 km of highway) and therefore very close to the related rail and sea connections (Caronte from Villa San Giovanni and hydrofoils from Reggio Calabria) as well as being close to the station and the port of Milazzo, from which you can reach the Aeolian Islands.
There is also the railway station in our own country and very well served by numerous bus lines to Messina, Milazzo and beyond. For all the other info and destinations we will be able to advise you and certainly help you in the best way because in the first place we put the serenity and satisfaction of our customers.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property for business commitments. The booking made through the site was even simpler thanks to the indications of the friendly and helpful innkeeper. I found the property very beautiful, the rooms are new, mine in particular equipped with a truly spacious, windowed bathroom and a huge shower. The environment is truly comfortable, what you see in the pictures corresponds to the truth. The parking service offered is very useful, saving you the effort of finding a place in a very busy area, as it is mainly a seaside location. I recommend it to all those who want to spend pleasant summer holidays by the sea, as the property is very close to it and for those like me who will need to rest after a busy working day.

Bella struttura, davvero ricca di comodità, nella pace più assoluta nonostante siamo in pieno centro del paese e a 2 passi dal mare. Ottima la colazione al chioschetto in riva al mare e senza limiti di orari. Massima libertà di entrare e uscire senza alcun vincolo. Ottimo il servizio gratuito di transfer dalla stazione di Villafranca al B&B, mi è stato molto utile.
Spero di tornarci al più presto.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per una notte all'interno di questo delizioso B&B.
Che dire? innanzitutto lo consiglio a chiunque viaggi da solo, in coppia o in compagnia.
Offre ogni tipo di comfort per rendere piacevolissima la permanenza nella struttura.
Ho viaggiato per motivi di lavoro,
quindi la mia permanenza è stata breve purtroppo.
Ma ho tutte le buone intenzioni di ritornarci per qualche giorno di pieno relax,
è il primo Bed dove ho trovato un ottima combinazione di servizi quali:
pulizia-accoglienza-colazione-disponibilità da parte del proprietario.
Con un rapporto qualità-prezzo veramente sbalorditivo.

Ottimo B&B, è la seconda volta che ci torno con molto piacere, massima disponibilità, serietà e pulizia, oltre che una struttura ottima ben collegata alle principali arterie siciliane e a luoghi di villeggiatura. assolutamente impeccabile, lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

Ho scoperto questa piacevole sorpresa pochi mesi fa, ci torno tutte le volte che scendo a Messina, mi trovo veramente bene ed il rapporto qualità/prezzo è imbattibile, decisamente la miglior struttura della zona fra quelle da me provate, lo consiglio!
