Villa Addaura B&B is situated in a beautiful postion on the sea-shore (just 10 meter from the sea), a few minutes by car from Mondello (2 minutes) and Palermo (15 minutes) near the bus stop that connects you to the city.
The Villa, immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation, with a very well tended garden around, has the direct access to the sea (only ten meters). Your vacation will start entering the house, where you will find the peacefulness and the frendly Italian hospitality.
The house is situated in one of the most suggestive and panoramic point of Mondello's gulf away from the traffic. The villa has been recently build than it's new and well kept from the staff.
The villa is disposed on two floors: on the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms (double / twin) tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, each with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan and free Wi-Fi internet access; on the lower floor there is a big living-room, equipped with LCD satellite TV, with air condition.
At the disposal of welcome guests two spacious solarium with sun beds upstairs and downstairs.
You will find the comfort, welcome and relax that you are looking for; the owner with his complete disposability will contribute to make your vacations wonderful.
Breakfast is pleasant and plentiful with fresh baked good; the living-room has direct access in the garden with a stone-table for wonderful breakfast with sea-fragrance, than there is a completly functionality for your best holidays.
The charming village of Mondello with its shopping, restaurant and ice-cream parlour, is only at five minutes by car from Villa Addaura.

A charming and peaceful place. Room with a view of the sunrise and sunset to remember. The manager is very helpful in providing useful information on places to visit, restaurants, road routes, and above all impeccable cleanliness and hospitality. The parking inside the structure is very useful. I hope to return sooner or later. Thank you.

This is a great B&B - on the ocean, quiet, close to Mondello and relatively close to Palermo. There are a couple of things to consider before renting:
1) the house may not be conducive to someone with mobility issues (it's on three levels without elevator).
2) not all the bedrooms have a bathrooms ensuite, but all the bedrooms have a private bathroom.
If these are not that important for you, Villa Addaura is a true little gem. Quiet, clean, with a private parking; the rooms and the terrace overlook the ocean, letting the sound of the waves and the fresh breeze in in the night. Brothers Mario and Saro are great at making your stay as comfortable as possible. Mario is also a great source of local knowledge for things to see and great food to taste - trust him and you will not regret it!

Good location between Palermo and Mondello with private beach access - although a bit rocky, but perfect for a quick visit at any time of the day. Friendly operators who care about the well-being of guests.

For us, it was the ideal place to visit Palermo. In addition to the kindness, availability, and advice of the owner, this structure is located in an oasis of peace by the sea not far from the city and very close to Mondello.

Mario and Rosario are both friendly, helpful, and very professional. They are particularly flexible on customer needs and provide great advice. The direct access to the sea is very enjoyable, the place is calm and serene, few mosquitoes. The only slightly negative point is maybe its slightly isolated location from Mondello's hypercenter.

B&B Villa Addaura is beautiful and clean. There are 3 rooms, two doubles with sea view and one triple with rear sea view (to be avoided), so be careful when booking. Only one double room has the bathroom inside, but it is the smallest; the other 2 have private bathrooms, but you have to go out in the hallway to access the bathroom, a bit uncomfortable but nothing serious. The owners are very kind, they arrive at 8:00 to prepare breakfast and meticulously remake the rooms, and around 10:30 they leave. Large terrace with sunbeds (4), table and 6 chairs, a valid alternative to the beach which is very small and rocky. The sea is beautiful but suitable for those who can swim, recommended to wear water shoes for the rocks. A small criticism of the breakfast, not very varied and only sweet (personally I don't eat savory for breakfast so it was fine for me), fruit and juices, coffee with good capsules, we asked for some cookies and the next day they provided them. We did not use the kitchen, but they told us that we could use it if we wanted even though it was not planned (very kind). Private parking for 2 cars inside the gate, exiting can be quite problematic as it is right on a very busy road (mid-July so high season), you need to have two people to exit safely. I would choose it again without any doubt.
