The "Parco Dubini" Bed and Breakfast, formerly known as "B&B Sant'Elia", is a high-end B&B located in a large villa where the owners live and manage. It is strategically located just 500 meters away from the Sant'Elia Hospital in Caltanissetta and 250 meters from Cefpas (a center for professional training and the location of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery) in the urban area of Caltanissetta on Viale Luigi Monaco 56/62 (served by urban buses connecting it to the intercity bus station and the train station), but is situated within the "green lung" of Caltanissetta in what used to be the hunting reserve and summer residence of the Testasecca counts, between the Testasecca park and the Dubini park.
A few thousand meters away are the Mineralogical Museum and the Court of Caltanissetta, located on the elegant Viale Della Regione.
Renovated in aesthetics and management in September 2019, the B&B draws on years of experience in managing B&Bs and in providing maximum attention to guests, who can enjoy not only well-furnished rooms with every comfort, but also two English gardens and a Mediterranean garden adorned with olive and citrus trees, where there is also a "play park" corner for children.
A special discount is applied for stays longer than 3 days. An extra discount is also reserved for law enforcement officers, doctors, relatives of patients admitted to the Sant'Elia Hospital in Caltanissetta, and other categories.

The property is managed directly by the owners: Vincenza Gina Di Gangi and Franco Matta, a married couple and retired public employees, who have a passion for hospitality and a desire to share their villa (the result of a lifetime of work) with those who love beauty and contact with nature. Their goal is to make guests feel at ease in a welcoming and familiar atmosphere where they can relax and refresh themselves after days spent exploring archaeological and historical sites in central Sicily. In less than an hour, it is possible to reach Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples, Piazza Armerina with its splendid Roman Villa, Cefalù and its magnificent Cathedral, San Leone and Porto Empedocle, and many other beautiful places of great tourist interest.

The garden, rich in citrus and olive trees, as well as colorful plants and flowers, is a treasure trove of scents from our Sicily.
The villa is furnished and equipped in both the indoor and outdoor spaces, equipped with independent heating with dual supply of methane and pellets. In the dependence, there is a wood-burning oven and a barbecue, while in the garden, there are two large areas of English lawn with a playground for children with a slide and a swing, ideal for relaxation and reading.
The rooms, very bright, are equipped with their own bathroom, air conditioning, heating, Smart TV, free internet via wireless, wardrobe, desk, chairs, and all the comforts. The rooms, in harmony with the name of the B&B, have names of plants and flowers: cornflower, olive, lemon, lavender, rose; the rooms are double, triple, and double for single use, and a crib for children can be provided upon request. Both the dining room and the equipped porch facing the Dubini Park are available for guests' breakfast with a self-service preparation. The structure was completely renovated in January 2008.
