The D'Angelo Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of historic Palermo, in a period building on the second floor with an elevator, just a short distance from the central station.
The location of the property allows guests to visit the most beautiful monuments on foot, such as the Cathedral, Pretoria Square, La Martorana Church, Politeama and Massimo Theaters, the ancient markets of Vucciria and Ballarò. In addition, it is easy to reach the port, airport, and seaside areas by car, public transport, or our shuttle service.
The D'Angelo Bed and Breakfast welcomes you with the warm hospitality of Palermo in comfortable and bright rooms surrounded by balconies overlooking Via Roma. Each room has high ceilings and splendid period decorations, air conditioning, and a color TV. Each room is furnished with a unique style and different colors where tradition and comfort blend in a warm and cozy atmosphere, in perfect harmony with the historicity of the place.
SERVICES OFFERED BY THE PROPERTY: 24-hour reception, private bathroom, breakfast in the room, common breakfast room, air conditioning, whirlpool and heating, shower or bathtub, color TV in every room, wireless ADSL internet connection, mini-fridge available to guests, hairdryer, linen change, daily room cleaning, luggage storage for €2.00, wake-up service, tourist assistance and information material, purchase of theater and concert tickets, garage booking for cars, bicycle, scooter, and car rental.
We also offer, for an additional fee, a shuttle service to and from Falcone-Borsellino Airport and the port with our own vehicle. We can also arrange guided tours by car. Finally, in the vicinity of our property, we can recommend many typical restaurants and trattorias, some of which are affiliated with us just below our B&B, where you can taste the best dishes of traditional Sicilian cuisine.
Rates include all water, gas, electricity, bed linen with change, bath linen, and final room cleaning. Children under 4 years old stay for free in our bed and breakfast.

Very comfortable and clean guesthouse, easy to visit the town and bus station. Beautiful Sicilian style building. The owner is very kind to guest. I would like to stay here again when I have chance to visit Sicily. I highly recommend it.

Nous avons passé deux excellentes nuits dans cet établissement authentique au style sicilien très bien situé dans Palerme. Le propriétaire est accueillant, chaleureux et arrangeant, pour preuve: il n'y avait plus de chambre avec lit double disponible sur le site mais le propriétaire a réussi à nous en réserver une.
La chambre et les salles de bains étaient très propres. En raison du COVID le petit déjeuner n'a pas été fourni mais en contrepartie le prix de la nuit est plus faible qu'habituellement.
Point a noter: étant situé sur une des rues principales de Palerme, celle ci est un peu bruyante la nuit. Nous vous recommandons cet établissement pour passer un weekend sur Palerme!

Ubicata in pieno centro storico, questa struttura è l'ideale per visitare le attrazioni ma anche per allontanarsi con i mezzi pubblici (stazione ferroviaria, fermata degli autobus locali e di linea a pochi passi).
In prossimità, vi è un supermercato per approvvigionarsi in acqua da riporre nel mini-frigo disponibile in stanza.
Giacinto, il gestore, è una persona squisita: ben prima che arrivassimo ci "accolse" telefonicamente rispondendo a tutti i nostri dubbi e perplessità. Anche durante il soggiorno, prontamente rispondeva ed assecondata le nostre richieste.
Egli dispensa raccomandazioni circa gli spostamenti in città con disinvoltura, competenza ed onestà (a differenza di qualche ufficio turistico, che mentiva o inventava pur di attirarci verso delle località).
Nei mesi dell'anno più caldi, come quello in cui abbiamo viaggiato, suggeriamo vivamente di optare per una stanza con aria condizionata perché, benché le pale al soffitto siano ben funzionanti e non troppo rumorose, non si rivelano sufficienti a dar sollievo alla canicola (che non è assolutamente imputabile alla struttura).
Con porta-finestra che si dà sul balconcino molto ben isolante dai suoni della movida.
Raccomandiamo!

La struttura si trova in pieno centro città, molto pulita e munita di tutti i comfort. Ritornerò sicuramente in questo B&B, personale molto gentile e cordiale.
