Description
New and cozy B&B in a modern style in the attic of a detachet two family house located in a quiet area in Pachino (SR) in a strip of land in the southernmost part of Sicily between the Ionian and Mediterranean seas.
The Accommodation
Our B&B is located in the attic, on the 2nd floor of a two family house. The B&B consists of 3 double bedrooms, called "Ionio, Mediterraneo and Isola". The access to the attic is garanteed through a half-indipendent staircase. The balcony, the living room with breakfast nook and a large terrace is shared but for the exclusive use of our guests. The house is recently built and the rooms offer maximum comfort. Its furnitures reflect all the charm of a Mediterranean accomodation paying loving attention to details and using mostly natural materials. The beds are equipped with comfortable memory foam mattresses. The pure white combined with blue evokes the feeling of freshness and cleanliness and a pleasant holiday by the sea.

In the living room of the B&B is the breakfast nook with refrigerator and sofas. All bathrooms come with a shower box, toilet and bidet. Access to the terrace from the living room. It can be used in the warmer months, or even in winter when the weather permits. Internet access via Wi-Fi in almost all the rooms of the B&B. All the rooms have a private bathroom and are equipped with satellite TV, individual air-conditioning and are heated by central heating in winter.
Interacting with Guests
It is our philosophy to make our guests feel completely at ease! We host only with a B&B formula. We respect your personal needs as much as we can and we meet individual requirements - just ask! We offer a rich breakfast and we like to know our culture, our land, our food and most importantly, our beaches and sea. And, if the guest wants to just stay here and enjoy the peace and quiet, beautiful music, a good book or a glass of wine in the evening, without being disturbed.. it is okay, too!

The Bed and Breakfast La Terra dei Mari is run with great attention to detail. The three rooms are bright, modernly furnished, some with their own balcony and all with a private bathroom. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. For breakfast, served on a wonderful terrace, there are regional specialties, fruits, and personal care. The quality of the food is excellent - as is everything else! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Nuovissimo B&b, posto a Pachino in posizione strategica per visitare i luoghi limitrofi (Noto, Marzamemi, Capo Passero ecc).
Gentilezza della proprietaria, ottima pulizia contraddistinguono questo B&B.

Il B&B si trova a Pachino, vicinissimo e comodo per la visita a Marzamemi; la palazzina è di costruzione molto recente, e la camera e le aree comuni sono arredate finemente e con gusto.
Daniela si è dimostrata molto disponibile ai nostri orari, facendoci accogliere dal figlio, e abbiamo avuto modo di conoscerla di persona al mattino in occasione della colazione SUPERLATIVA.
Il terrazzo è un ottimo plus della camera, il bagno è molto ben fornito e tutto è nuovo; si parcheggia sotto casa, essendo una via chiusa al fondo.
Lo consiglio a tutti, non ultimo per il piacere di una conversazione con la proprietaria.

De gustibus non disputandum est dicevano i latini, ma penso che in questo caso possiamo fare un eccezione, in quanto nel Bed and Breakfast " La terra dei Mari" della signora Daniela il gusto sull'arredo della sua meravigliosa casa, il gusto mai invadente e rispettoso su come porsi verso l'ospite, il gusto raffinato sul tovagliato scelto per la sua eccellente e sana colazione, convergono tutti su un unico aspetto: passione e professionalità per quello che si fa, nel rispetto delle regole e delle buone maniere. La struttura è di recente costruzione, e l'appartamento all'ultimo piano concesso è arredato nei minimi particolari e provvisto di tutti i confort. Soggiorno ampio, bagno grande e funzionale e camere deliziose segnano il trionfo del meritato riposo non appena tornati dal mare. Una grande terrazza non solo offre una panoramica sulla città di Pachino, ma dà la possibilità di mettere ad asciugare comodamente i teli mare ed altro. Analisi costi e benefici ampiamente rispettata, e la posizione per raggiungere altre mete turistiche e decisamente più che comoda.
Premetto sempre che i giudizi elargiti fanno sempre parte di ognuno di noi, legati sempre alle aspettative di vita o esigenze del tutto personali, ma posso senza alcun dubbio asserire che in questo caso c'è ben poco da ridire. Contesto adatto a chi ama un ambiente tranquillo e raffinato. Questo B&B è semplicemente fantastico e la signora Daniela e sua figlia Teresa sono persone squisite che non si possono scordare.. Consiglio vivamente la permanenza in questo Bad and Breakfast.

Leggendo anche i commenti di altri viaggiatori, con una coppia di amici, abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questo B&B a Pachino, in posizione strategica per visitare, oltre che la stessa Pachino anche il vicino ed incantevole borgo di Marzamemi e l’Oasi faunistica di Vendicari caratterizzata dalle sue incantevoli spiagge e dal suo incontaminato mare. Il B&B “La Terra dei Mari” è una struttura di recentissima costruzione, arredata con estremo gusto e gestita con cura e professionalità dalla titolare: Daniela. Daniela si è dimostrata una splendida padrona di casa, gentilissima e disponibilissima che ha assecondato ogni nostra esigenza. La struttura dispone di un solo appartamento all’ultimo piano con due camere, che condividono un ampio soggiorno ed uno spazioso bagno, ma questo non è certo un problema, anzi può rappresentare un plus se come noi viaggerete in compagnia di una coppia di cari amici. Oltre al soggiorno ed alle camere, davvero raffinatamente arredate, l’appartamento dispone di un enorme terrazzo dal quale si gode una bellissima vista panoramica sulla città. Ottima la colazione che, tra l’altro, includeva frutta fresca ed una buonissima torta di fragole preparata direttamente da Daniela. Sinceramente mi spiace solamente di averci trascorso una notte soltanto a “ La Terra dei Mari”, ma di sicuro rimedierò ritornandoci presto. Consigliatissimo .

Perfekt! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns bei Daniela sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das B&B war sehr sauber, neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück wurden wir mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft verwöhnt und es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt noch viel schöner, wenn man das Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse genießen kann! Danke für die netten Gespräche und sehr guten Tipps, wir werden dein B&B auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
