Mr. Maurizio is a courteous and very kind person who immediately made himself available for any request. I highly recommend this property for the reserved internal parking space and the quality-price ratio. Located near Via Etnea, the center of Catania is easily reachable on foot with a nice walk or by bus.

A small oasis, I never thought I would find such a beautiful structure. The photos do not do justice to the place, upon entering it seems like an enchanted place that respects the era in which it was born, with elegance, furnishings, and characteristics of the beautiful villas of the past, but everything is spotless and shiny. The real plus of the structure is Mr. Maurizio with his kindness, availability, and ways of doing things that represent true hospitality without falling into the artificial, you can tell he loves the house and his role. I highly recommend staying at this structure.

For the first time in this villa maintained in its own style. It feels like going back in time and many memories of the 60s and 70s come to mind. Overall it is well maintained, a strategic location for those with a car and the parking is very useful. The room is large, the bathroom is complete and clean. Freedom of movement, satisfying breakfast served in the room (at least that's what happened to me), friendliness, availability and hospitality.

Immersed in a garden, B&B Villa Vera in 70s style, very suggestive, a bit retro but of excellent workmanship. The room is clean, the host is available, in a well-connected area with the main structures. No expectations about breakfast.

The structure has ample spaces, is well-maintained, cared for and clean, with bathrooms in every room and internal parking, which is important in a city where finding parking is not easy. The manager Maurizio is always available and kind. We stayed for 6 days in the second half of May and we were happy with everything. If we were to return to Catania, we would definitely stay at B&B Villa Vera.

The manager, Mr. Maurizio, is very courteous and always available for every need, lavish with advice on how to experience and enjoy Catania, the atmosphere is very warm and familiar. The rooms are very large and comfortable, as well as the bathroom with which each room is equipped, much more spacious than many 3-star hotels we have used in the past. Furthermore, everything is always very clean! The structure is a two-story villa with a garden and ample internal parking, located at the top of Via Etnea, this allows you to be in the center of Catania with a ten-minute walk, while staying in a quiet and peaceful context, also if you want to move by car, in a few minutes you can reach the ring road and the highway for destinations outside the city. The breakfast, within the strict limits of municipal rules, is varied, rich and where possible with local products. Highly recommended structure, we will definitely use it again when we return to Catania.

Villa Vera is a property from the late 50s and early 60s, with spacious and well-maintained living spaces. Each room has its own bathroom and there is an internal parking, which is very important in a chaotic city like Catania where it's difficult to find parking. We immediately felt at home thanks to the hospitality of the hosts, especially Maurizio, always available and friendly. We stayed there for a week and were happy with everything. A small suggestion: the breakfast was plentiful and varied, but could be enhanced with some fresh bakery products. However, we were very happy to have been there.
