Villa Pia is only 4 km from the historic center of Syracuse. It is a villa of about 7000 square meters, including about 800 at sea, with many trees and views overlooking thee Great Harbor of Syracuse.

Familiar and comfortable environment suitable for families or business.

Spacious newly remodeled can accommodate disabled.

Children's playground, picnic areas to barbecue, gazebo and possibility to have breakfast in the woods.

Our breakfast consists of milk, hot and cold coffee, yogurt, fruit juice, hot and cold tea, and various packaged pastries. Depending on the season, we also offer orange juice or fresh fruit. Additionally, Maurizio prepares something fresh every day, trying to change it up as much as possible so as not to bore our guests, alternating between fantastic doughnuts, tarts, croissants, muffins and crepes. Of course, we also offer omelets, eggs, cold cuts and other items that vary from day to day.

Mrs. Giuliana welcomed us with great courtesy, she gave us a lot of information about the area, restaurants, bus connections, etc. When we left, she prepared breakfast for us to take away because we left before breakfast. Highly recommendable.

The managers are available and very friendly, caring and passionate about their work in the B&B. Family-run structure. Breakfast with many homemade products. Our room was actually a mini-apartment with everything necessary, but the space is dated.

Spectacular stay near Siracusa, amazing breakfast with genuine and homemade products by Maurizio, truly a rarity to find such a breakfast. Giuliana is very friendly and hospitable and precise in her directions. The B&B Villa Pia exceeded my expectations and I must wish the best to the owners because we stayed wonderfully. Mrs. Giuliana is very courteous, helpful, and attentive to the needs of every guest. She gave us detailed suggestions on places to visit and was always available for all our needs. She made our vacation very enjoyable. The property is welcoming even though it is dated, located in a quiet area, a short distance from the sea and Siracusa. B&B Villa Pia is managed by Giuliana and her husband. Giuliana is a loving and very kind person in welcoming guests. She was very available to try to meet our every request. The structure is a 5-10 minute drive from the sea in a very quiet area. The room and the structure are very well kept and very clean. The 2-night stay was very pleasant. The breakfast is abundant and varied, from sweet to savory. Giuliana and her husband have always been available for our every request. Highly recommended are the cakes cooked by the husband, they are exquisite, finger-licking good. Highly recommended if you need to stay for a few days in the Syracuse area.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Sicily. We stayed at the B&B Villa Pia splendidly managed by Giuliana and Maurizio. The property is strategically located, less than ten minutes by car from Ortigia and at the same time on the connecting road to the main beaches of Plemmirio. The structure is a small villa with spacious spaces and parking, a few kilometers from the center, located in the bay in front of Ortigia. The rooms are spacious and clean; the furniture is simple, but has everything you need. The value for money is outstanding. The hospitality and friendliness of Giuliana and Maurizio are particularly commendable.

A simple and clean accommodation. Super nice hosts who answer questions and give tips. The parking lot is located in the courtyard, so you don't have to worry about your car. The beaches can be reached by car in a few minutes. The accommodation is definitely recommended if you are often on the go, but there are not many opportunities to sit comfortably on site, as everything is rather barren.

We stayed only three days, unfortunately, when it should have been two... . little time to understand how well one could stay here at this property, especially with their owners. I would say unique. Giuliana organized a program for us every morning to go visit those magnificent places and her husband rewarded us with his fantastic sweets... In the 15-day stay we had throughout Sicily, this is where we were best of all, both as a B&B and as places to see, I left my heart here, we will definitely come back also because it's nice to think of coming back to find friends. See you soon.

Spacious rooms, good cleanliness, available and friendly owners. The location is good as Syracuse is very close as well as some small beaches nearby. I stayed with my wife for 5 nights and my judgment is definitely positive.

B&B comfortable and welcoming, in a park oasis 200 m from the sea. Supermarket, sandwich shop, bar with veranda by the sea, small beach… everything within 1 km or a little more. At the same time, in 15 minutes you are in Syracuse with urban bus lines. I was just passing through for a few days and in this structure for 5 days I found availability, hospitality, and courtesy from the whole family, including the children. I felt at home and in complete peace to find relaxation and take a break. The managers were more than available, even beyond what I could expect. Really pleasant. Always with great courtesy and discretion, Maurizio, Giuliana, Giuseppe, and Carlotta helped me with every need and advice to make my stay as pleasant as possible. A thanks that I still renew.

We are a couple of guys from Brescia. We had the opportunity to randomly find ourselves in this villa during a tour of Sicily. It is a quiet place to relax, but also close to the nightlife for young people. It is worth mentioning the splendid breakfasts prepared artisanally by the owner himself. The owners are friendly and very available. A nice 10!
