Description
B&b Villa Agrumé is located in Messina, in the Annunziata area, close to the university campus and the highway exit. The villa offers a brand new Padel court for a fee. The villa has a kitchen for breakfast, 4 rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, LED TV, free Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, snacks, water, drinks, a safe, a private balcony with table and chairs, and a parking space. All windows have electric shutters and mosquito nets. The bathrooms all have large crystal shower stalls, thermostatic shower column, towel warmer, large washbasin, suspended toilet, and bidet.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We are located in the Annunziata area, approximately 400 meters away from the university citadel and the highway junction. The sea is only 2 km away, and the ferries to reach Calabria are at 2.8 km, which is a strategic point to easily reach the most beautiful beaches of our coast. It is very convenient to reach tourist destinations such as Milazzo, which is 38 km away, and Taormina, which is 57 km away.

We stayed at B&B Villa Agrumé for 6 nights in August 23. A few minutes from the port of Messina and very close to the main services, the structure with internal parking, new and carefully detailed. The Mandarino room, but also the others, is spacious, bright, and perfectly clean. Very comfortable bed and always fragrant sheets. Large bathroom, with a very large shower. Excellent breakfast with always fresh and quality pastries. Michela, the host, is a wonderful person! Kind, helpful, discreet, and at the same time affectionate. She immediately put us at ease. In short, like at home but more pampered! Thank you Michela! I hope I have done justice to B&B Villa Agrumé and your immense daily work! See you soon! Alessia, Francesco and Elena.

We stayed at this property for only two nights from 16 to 18 August and, despite the short period, we were impressed by the cleanliness and beauty of the room. The manager was really kind and courteous. Highly recommended.

Easily reachable from the port. Excellent cleanliness and breakfast. We were on a motorcycle and found the internal parking safe and convenient.
