The Bed and Breakfast Via Spalti 52 is located on the third floor of a building from the second half of the 20th century equipped with a lift.
The property benefits from an ideal location close to the port area of ??Trapani.
It consists of three rooms, two doubles and one triple, all with parquet flooring, private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access, fridge and balcony overlooking the sea and the port area. The rooms do not have a television.
Access to the kitchen is permitted exclusively for the consumption of take-away meals, with the obligation to separate waste. The use of the stove is limited and can only be requested for the preparation of herbal teas or similar.
The booking price includes daily cleaning and arrangement of the rooms, bathroom sets, bed sets, hygiene products.

The structure is in a quiet and strategic area of ??the city, near the Villa Margherita, the suggestive city beaches, including that of the Mura di Tramontana, the central Via Fardella full of shops and the historic center of Trapani.
The area offers numerous services, with government offices, restaurants, bars, delicatessens and food shops in the immediate vicinity.
The proximity to the Trapani Shark stadium, a basketball team that plays in the top Italian national championship (LBA), is also excellent.
In the street parallel to the BeB (about 200 meters) there are stops for buses that connect Trapani with the airports of Trapani Birgi and Palermo Falcone and Borsellino, with Palermo Center, San Vito lo Capo, Marsala etc.

Francesco is very welcoming and helpful for suggestions or in case of problems, communicating quickly. The property is located about 10 minutes walk from the port and 20-30 minutes from the center (depends on where you want to go). Spacious room and very comfortable bed, although the furniture around the door slightly obstructs the entry and exit from the room (especially with arriving luggage). Impeccable cleanliness, done daily with a change of used towels. Bathroom also spacious and in the room, without a window. We suffered a bit from not being able to sleep with the windows open due to the lack of mosquito nets. Breakfast is served in a nearby bar, good but not excellent. Recommended for a few nights.

It's very central. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. Easy to find and plenty of restaurants/cafes in the area. The owner, Francesco, was very helpful.
