Located in a building from the early 1900s, on the second floor with elevator, the B&B "Terrazze Villanova" takes its name from the terraces overlooking Via Fardella, the main commercial artery of Trapani.

The B&B is characterized by a bright living room that overlooks a terrace, where you can spend relaxing days and pleasant evenings.

A second terrace, on the upper floor, is equipped with a relaxation area and solarium, where you can also enjoy meals or drinks.

Breakfast is served in a nearby bar and includes coffee, tea, cappuccino, fruit juice, and a croissant or sandwich.

The property is the perfect place for families, couples, individuals, groups of friends, or business stays. You will appreciate the welcome, hospitality, and assistance to better organize your stay, along with advice and tourist information material to visit the cultural sites and the most suggestive places in the province of Trapani (San Vito lo Capo, Erice, Segesta, Selinunte, Castellammare del Golfo, Marsala, Mozia, Saline, Egadi Islands, Zingaro Reserve, Makari). The B&B is located about 800 m from San Giuliano beach, 100 m from bus stops for San Vito lo Capo, Palermo, Erice cableway, Trapani and Palermo airports. Egadi and Pantelleria islands pier is about 2 km away, train station (1 km), Erice cableway (1. 5 km).

The tourist tax of € 3 per person per day is not included in the price. It is paid only for the first 5 days and children up to 10 years old do not pay.

We are in the commercial area of Trapani, which is full of shops. There is a pharmacy in front of the building, as well as a bus stop for Erice, San Vito lo Capo, Trapani and Palermo airports. A well-stocked supermarket is just a few steps away, with an excellent Sicilian food "take away" counter that you can enjoy on our equipped terrace.

We spent three days in Trapani in Vito and Elda's apartment. The two hosts are very helpful and the tips for excursions and restaurants were great. The accommodation is ideally centrally located in Trapani and everything is easy to reach. The rooms are very clean and perfectly decorated and there is a very large terrace on the roof. Next time we are in Trapani we would like to stay with Elda and Vito again.

We stayed as a couple for 2 nights at the B&B Terrazze Villanova and I can only recommend it for cleanliness, location, and excellent value for money. Vito and Elda are very kind and know how to make customers feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Recommended.

September 2023. Very welcoming, beautiful establishment. Our host, Vito, speaks French and explains the places to visit. Two establishments are proposed for lunch. However, we were a bit disappointed because it is necessary to go to another establishment for lunch, which consists only of a coffee and a croissant. It's a pity for that. However, heading to the Miro with a supplement of 5€, your lunch becomes plentiful. Thank you to Vito and his wife for the lovely welcome.

Very friendly and helpful managers. The only flaw is the breakfast, which is not served on site but in affiliated venues, really poor and banal. Nothing to do with Sicilian breakfasts! Otherwise, everything perfect. Thank you for the welcome.

I stayed in a single room with a double bed. The room is extremely clean and well laid out, equipped with air conditioning and a small fridge, great for keeping things cool. The entire apartment is equipped with everything you need, and even more. The terrace on the top floor is lovely for relaxing and having something to eat. The added value of the property is the owner Elda and her husband. Besides being very friendly, they are incredibly helpful with everything, from places to visit to restaurants. Thank you so much for everything!

If you are considering a stay in Trapani or its surroundings, we highly recommend staying at B&B Terrazze Villanova. The apartment is located on the main shopping street, making the evenings quiet and peaceful. This is a perfect starting point on foot both to the old town and to the most beautiful beach of San Giuliano. The rooms are large and very neat, cleaned daily (we especially appreciated this with children), with well-working air conditioning, a TV, and a small refrigerator. For common use, there is a living room, a small kitchen (equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, dishes, scissors, openers, etc.), and a floor above a huge roof terrace! For free you can take beach umbrellas. Last but not least, it is worth mentioning the owners, Elda and Vito, who are GREAT! Always available and helpful. B&B Terrazze Villanova recommends also to families with small children.

If I could give more than 10 to this property, I would! The B&B Terrazze Villanova is beautiful, new, clean, spacious and bright rooms and two large terraces available for lunches, dinners or relaxation. Central location, in the shopping street, 10 minutes from the historic center and convenient for all types of buses. The owners are very kind, very welcoming, available for any kind of information or advice and even for a small free tour of Trapani! I hope to come back!
