Description

The bed and breakfast Terrazza dei Sogni is the reconstruction of an antique building of the early 1900s, located in the heart of Ragusa Ibla, considered the baroque pearl of Val di Noto. The name come spontaneous, earned for the spectacular view that the terrace offers. In fact is possible to admire the Monti Iblei on one side and the most significant monuments on the other in which the Duomo of San Giorgio and his magnificent Dome.

The new B&B, entirely rebuilt in 2015 is composed of 5 well furnished double bedbrooms all provided of private bathroom inside the room and a small private balcony.

At B&B Terrazza dei Sogni, breakfast is served in a beatiful modern breakfast room in winter. However, most of the year is served on the terrace under the shade of a canopy, which offers also a relax area and solarium zone.

Private Motorbike parking available (maximum 5 motorbikes).

Costs 8. 00€ per day, reservation is needed.

From 2020 we become also bike hotel offering specific services for bike travelers like free bike parking and basic utensils if needed.

The reception is open until 19: 00 after that time self check-in is available at any time.

Near Terrazza dei Sogni, mostly located on Corso XXV Aprile, there are many restaurants, bars, shops and ice-cream parlours where is possible to satisfy every desire. Numerous are also the monuments decleared patrimony of the humanity of Unesco mostly located just by the B&B.

At B&B Terrazza Dei Sogni the buffet breakfast is homemade with local and international specialities.

If requested we also serve vegan and celiac breakfast.

Usually breakfast is served on the beautiful terrace where is possible to admire the unique view. However, during winter time there is available a cozy breakfast room for guests.

Whether it is an Aperitif, Light Lunch or Dinner, there is no better place than our panoramic terrace to taste our local products.

It is a special moment we take care in every detail, characterized by a unique and relaxing atmosphere mixed with local specialities like the most famous cheeses such as the Caciocavallo Ragusano DOP, the tasty local sausage, the unmissable "Scaccia Ragusana" and the rich "Pane Cunsatu bread" with sundry tomatoes, olive oil and oregano.

We suggest you to combine it with an excellent wine, a fresh local beer or a typical soft drink.

If requested it is possible to experience our happy hour privately in your room.

The structure is located in the real heart of the histosical centre of Ragusa ibla, Just a few steps from the B&B is possible to admire the most relevant monuments declared patrimony of the humanity of Unesco and numerous restaurants, bars, pubs, ice-cream parlor, shops.

We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Terrazza dei Sogni. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was abundant and made more enjoyable by eating it on the terrace with amazing views. The location was perfect for all the sights in Ragusa. I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Ragusa.

We had a lovely stay at the B&B Terrazza dei Sogni. Emilio was such a great host. He even picked us up when the only parking we found was too far away from the B&B. The surroundings and the view from the terrace are beautiful. We had a lovely time sharing a bottle of wine and watching the sunset. The B&B is in the heart of the Old Town and is very accessible to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Ragusa. Thank you again Emilio for everything!

The property is excellent, much more than a B&B. It is managed with love by the two owners, which is also evident from the breakfast. It is very diverse and with cakes made by them. Highly recommended.

Fantastic, very welcoming place with Emilio & Francesca as hosts. Reception could not have been friendlier and more personal. Please try out the happy hour they offer. It's a real treat of local specialities, mainly cheese. Highly recommended!

My only regret about staying was that I could only stay one night. The breakfast was way above expectations, the rooms are basic in a good, clean uncluttered way, the manager couldn't have been more helpful, and the location was about as good as one can get.

The Terrace of Dreams is a welcoming and well-positioned structure. I found kindness and hospitality from the reception staff. The room conveys a nice feeling of freshness and cleanliness. The breakfast is rich with many typical products and satisfies both sweet and savory palates. I highly recommend it.

An excellent location to suggest for a visit to Ragusa. The young atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly. The reason for my vote not completely at the maximum is only for the structure of the building that also needs two flights of stairs. Breakfast on the terrace is really pleasant.

Terrace truly dreamlike with a view over all Ragusa Ibla. The B&B Terrazza dei Sogni is right in the center, the room is very clean and detailed, and the breakfast is very varied with very fresh products. The manager is friendly and cordial. Ibla is beautiful, we hope to come back soon. Highly recommended.
