In an ancient palace in the heart of the baroque quarter (near Piazza Duomo), our guests have at their disposal an independent flat composed by a living room, a matrimonial bedroom and a private bathroom.

The breakfast, with local products, is served either in the dining room of the palace either on the terrace with view on the roofs of Ibla.

From 8:00 to 10:00, in the dining room of the palace or on the adjacent terrace, we are pleased to offer you a sweet "Iblean awakening" thanks to our rich breakfast.

We offer our guests a selection of typical Sicilian products and various homemade specialties (both sweet and savoury): from yogurt to jams, from mucatoli to impanatigghie, from focaccia to Ragusan cheeses.

Thanks to the careful choice of typical products, waking up becomes an opportunity for a new culinary experience.

Zona Ibla

The palace is located 100 meters away from the main square and the Cathedral of Ragusa Ibla, and 500 meters away from the Iblei gardens. The neighborhood is mostly pedestrian, lively, full of bars, restaurants, craft shops, and attractions for children. However, our B&B is situated in a quaint little square that is neither busy nor noisy.

The bus stop is only 20 meters away from the palace, and it connects the historic center of Ibla with Ragusa Superiore.

The coast (Marina di Ragusa, Donnalucata, Punta Secca) can be reached in 20/25 minutes, while the other two Baroque cities, Modica and Scicli, are respectively 20 and 30 minutes away.

Pleasant stay in a beautiful city, from which it was easy to move to other nearby locations, all in the sign of the great Sicilian culture. A special thanks goes to Dr. Elisa who, besides welcoming us splendidly, gave us the gift of her knowledge putting it at our service and the pleasantness of her company. Surely if a friend or acquaintance asked me to have a similar experience I would highly recommend the property. Thank you and goodbye!

It is located in the historical center of Ragusa Ibla, the room is cozy and very clean. The apartments are part of a finely maintained historic building. The management is impeccable and caring. Very close to restaurants of various types, overall the judgment is more than positive.

We did not stay at B&B Risveglio Ibleo but in an apartment, always in the historic center, managed by the same person. We were 2 adults and 2 children (who slept on a sofa bed). The apartment is simple but nice and the highlight is a very large splendid terrace with a view of the rooftops. The interior could be more detailed, for example in the bed and bathroom linen (old blankets and bedspreads, rough towels), in the bathroom there are no shelves to put anything on and not even sachets of shower gel/shampoo, but only soaps. Small things, a little would be enough to improve the service. Still satisfied, overall.

Very well-kept and clean property. The two-room apartment on the ground floor is very spacious. The B&B is centrally located, a stone's throw from the Duomo of San Giorgio, with the possibility of parking the car inside the courtyard and receiving a pass to access the areas reserved for residents. The owners are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Good breakfast served on an open terrace overlooking the roofs of Ragusa Ibla. Highly recommended and worth returning for a new stay in the "pearl" of Ragusa Ibla.
