Description

Our property is a large seaside villa with a large garden, equipped rustic kitchen and barbecue. We have a private car park.

We offer double rooms with bathroom, bright and with a sea view (possibility of extra bed). The price includes breakfast, room cleaning and daily change of linen.

Possibility of free use of bicycles.

In the period between November and March option to rent the house for long periods.

The structure is convenient to the main services, which can be reached, if necessary, by the bicycles provided free of charge by the owner. The owner, Mr. Emanuele, is a helpful, courteous person who is prepared for every request from the guest. Impeccable cleanliness with daily towel replacement. Highly recommended.

Correct hospitality; Emanuele, the manager, very present and if requested offers clear and useful directions. The only downside, due to internet network issues, is cash payment only! The breakfast is simple but genuine, I would have liked to find local flavors. Anyway, a comfortable, fresh, and splendid place for the free use of bicycles and umbrella. Good life.

Very comfortable, with a spacious surrounding garden. A bit distant from Marina di Ragusa centre, unless you have a car or a bike. Emanuele the host kindly offered us his bikes, and there are well-designed bike lanes from his property to the beaches and the Marina. An enjoyable experience.

Excellent structure with comfortable spaces and impeccable cleanliness. Emanuele and his wife are great hosts. The structure is adjacent to the bike path and bikes are made available to customers to go to the city center or the beach in 5 minutes. I highly recommend the structure from all points of view.

We stayed for three nights: the owners are very lovely, attentive to our needs, they made us feel at home. The breakfast was very abundant with homemade pastries, availability of bicycles, cleanliness and furnishing of the rooms (very spacious and with a balcony) were top-notch. Sea view. Convenient to the beach and local shops.

What can I say, excellent welcome, maximum friendliness, everything very clean and well organized, rich and varied breakfast. The managers, Mr. Emanuele and Mrs. Pina, extremely helpful and present in a very discreet manner, have also taken on the role of "tour operator"! Thank you, we will be back.

Wonderful place, very caring and engaged owners who served a superb breakfast and kindly did their best to understand our poor Italian.. and French:) Perfect with bicycles which we used a lot and could easily explore this beautiful part of southern Sicily, including Punta Secca. Room very clean and with a marvelous view of the sea. We definitely recommend this little B&B to all people who want to stay in a quiet and familiar place and see Sicily the natural way.

This is the second year we have stayed at this B&B and the opinion is always the same. A modern and well-kept structure, tidy and clean like those of the best hotels in all its parts, from the garden to the furnishings, passing through the linen. The education and friendliness of the family that manages the structure are such that they leave you speechless. It is a joy for us to stay there. For those who do not know the places, moreover, Mr. Emanuele and Mrs. Pina will know how to recommend the best spots like real tour guides. I forgot, for breakfast it offers a wide choice, like a real hotel, in the right quantities for every need.

My wife and I, through a friend from Ragusa, discovered this wonderful B&B in June 2010. Since then, it has been our point of reference when we are in Sicily. At first, we were struck by the place, the brightness and the cleanliness, but after discovering the hospitality and the excellence of the owners, you feel at home and as if you have known them for a long time. Then the right price-quality ratio is a plus. Since then, I have recommended this structure to friends and acquaintances, receiving many thanks and compliments for having advised them. During our stays, together with the other guests, the common denominator was that we were lucky to find a place at B&B Punta di Mola. Truly great and complete in management are Emanuele, his wife Pina, and their two children.

The welcome and cleanliness of this B&B was exceptional! We were twelve people, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are new. The family that runs the property made us feel at home and provided valuable information. The sea is reachable in three minutes by car. We were sorry to stay for so few nights. We will return soon! P.S.: Breakfast is not bad!

Upon arrival, we were welcomed as if we were at home. I must say that it reflects the original formula of the B&B. We felt like we were guests of friends. We also had the opportunity to take the bicycles to ride, offered by them, as well as they provided us with their barbecue. Mr. Emanuele was hospitable, as was his wife and son. The cleanliness was impeccable, the daily change of towels, and the ventilated position of the house was optimal. If I were to return to Marina di Ragusa, I would definitely stay again at Mr. Emanuele's home and I recommend it to everyone who wants a vacation in a welcoming and family-like structure.
