I stayed for 3 days. The price is a bit high for the location. Breakfast is not on site but at a nearby place, let's say, but located along a very dangerous provincial road, at risk of being run over, besides the fact that it was hot. The ladies at the bar were very kind and helpful. I would have stayed longer if it weren't for this and for the fact that the landlord was not very flexible even regarding what to eat or not for breakfast.

I felt great during my need for proximity to the Polyclinic of Catania. I never met the host, but she accompanied me from start to finish via WhatsApp contact and automated procedures. The hygiene and care service was excellent in the room and throughout the apartment, well furnished in a contemporary style. I highly recommend it.

Great because it is close to the Policlinico but far from dining facilities and the city center for a walk. Too bad no parking, although I was lucky to find a spot under the balcony of my room. I couldn't have breakfast because unfortunately at 7:30 you already need to be at the Policlinico.

Excellent especially for those who need to frequent the nearby hospital facilities, but not only (the highways are easily reachable, as well as the roads leading to the surrounding villages). The owner and staff are very helpful, the premises are clean and well-organized, and for guests there is also a comfortable kitchen living room with several tables, which we appreciated very much. However, a standard breakfast can also be enjoyed in some bars in the area. Also appreciable is the proximity of a private parking lot with affordable prices. We recommend it!

The structure from the outside is not very inviting, but the inside was a real surprise! Very cozy and well-kept environment. Each room is named after a planet in the solar system, recent renovation, new and clean furniture. I agree with the previous review regarding the power outlets (I brought double sockets from home) and the air conditioner, which works anyway. Not insignificant flaw, the breakfast: only a croissant and packaged juice, but as stated on-site, this is due to the covid emergency. It is worth mentioning the small balcony with views of both Mount Etna and the sea, and the very close Policlinico, which can be reached on foot. No internal parking, but the street allows parking outside, or a paid parking is just a little further down.

We were guests in this structure as a group of 4 and immediately felt at home. The owner Ivana welcomed us with great professionalism, punctuality, and seriousness but also with a lot of availability towards our needs, which were very particular during that stay. The rooms were airy, air-conditioned, and equipped with all comforts. Maximum and absolute cleanliness, rarely have I found in the world Bed and Breakfasts managed in such a professional manner. Hotel-like comfort and services but with the warmth of a home. Then, unlike other places where I've been a guest, the common area is so warm and welcoming that we established relationships with guests from other rooms. Highly recommended for singles and families also because it is served by a supermarket nearby, hot tables also with delicious fish dishes, and with a 2 euro ticket, you can reach the city center via a bus/metro stop a few meters away, without the stress of traffic and parking. We stayed there for the hospitalization of a relative at the nearby hospital but we plan to return for a vacation because we had a great time. I highly recommend it.

Excellent facility, very close to B&B Policlinico Gaspare Rodolico, to the Amt stops. The owner is lovely and very helpful if there are issues with transportation or any issues related to the stay. I recommend it to anyone who needs to reach the university facility, excellent value for money.

Cozy structure, very strategic point for those who need to go to B&B Policlinico Gaspare Rodolico. The rooms are very well-kept, nothing is missing, and the management is excellent. Kind staff. What more can I say? I would definitely come back.

We stayed at this B&B, a B&B near the Policlinico was very useful, and this one is very very close; just cross the street and you're there. Very helpful and friendly hosts. The structure is new and very clean. We had a great time, recommended 100%.
