Description

The area is central, is wonderfully served by Restaurants, Pizzerias, Fast Foods, Gastronomy, Bars, Supermarkets, the sea is less than 200 meters away and is within walking distance and a 5-minute walk can be reached on the famous "Black" by St. John Li Cuti.

Not far from our residence you can find everything you need to fully enjoy your vacation and to enjoy a relaxing and fun getaway.

Tourists, historians and art enthusiasts can easily reach the splendid historic center of the city thanks to the passageway in front of the house. It is also possible to easily reach the beautiful Aci Trezza and Aci Castello which are only a few minutes away by the bus passing through the central Via del Viale (Viale Ruggero de lauria).

Walking you can reach the Ognina borough, Piazza Europa, or the most elite streets of the city such as the Corso Italia which are just a few hundred meters away.

This year's "novelty" is the bicycle lanes introduced in the Lungomare street that offers you the chance to cross the whole coastline safely while watching the splendid sea view, and for those most in need of physical fitness it is absolutely recommended Morning ride or walk along the flat coastline that allows you to breathe all the healthy sea air and start the right foot the day.

In the evening you can see the long way out of the people along the main road, the whole waterfront is filled with young people, the squares are very busy, and on weekends are also organized exhibitions to make the evenings even more live.

I had a great time. Mr. Santo, owner of B&B Lungomare ***, is a lovely person, helpful, and provided us with optimal directions on how to move around Catania and its surroundings. I highly recommend to everyone for cleanliness and location. Seaside and central area, well stocked with everything (supermarkets, bars, restaurants).

Our stay at B&B Lungomare was really great, highly recommended. Our room was clean and also cleaned daily with towel changes. The breakfast was a dream, cappuccino, freshly served croissants. Santo was friendly and caring. We will gladly come back.

I stayed at B&B Lungomare for 4 nights, and even though traffic in the city of Catania is intense, this is an excellent place from which to explore this area of Sicily, including Aci Castello, Etna and Taormina. There is a designated parking place just outside. The room I had was a bit gloomy, but it was comfortable, well-equipped and very clean. The breakfast provided was good. The most important thing, however, is that the host is friendly, welcoming, attentive and easy to contact. Recommended.

Cleanliness, tranquility, comfort, proximity to the seafront of Catania overlooking the beauty of the sea of Catania and located in a neighborhood that offers everything, from services (banks, supermarket, newsagent, tobacconist) to sweet and savory dining places that are one of the culinary centers of the Etna city. The internal parking provides that added value of security for those with their own car or rental. And then there's the extreme courtesy and hospitality of Santo, the host, available for all your needs. Highly recommended.

Bed and Breakfast located in a building on the seafront of Catania, very large room and convenient parking inside the courtyard of the building. It is not very close to the center, but reachable by car in a few minutes. Santo, the owner, is very helpful both to give you advice on what to do and for any needs. During our honeymoon trip around Sicily, when we arrived in Catania, we contacted this B&B Lungomare *** owned by Mr. Santo. A beautiful discovery, both Catania and the hospitality received. Santo, now our friend, is a reliable, kind, polite person always willing to solve any doubts or simply give advice on the best places to see nearby. Breakfast is a real moment of sharing, where you talk about what you did the day before and what you will do the same day, enjoying the local specialties that Santo carefully offers you every day. Comfortable, clean rooms, the seaside promenade is practical, reachable on foot, what can I say, if you are in the area, go there! Santo is waiting for you!

Arrived in Catania the B&B Lungomare is easily reachable thanks to its strategic position on the city's promenade. For this reason, moving around the city or to nearby areas (Acicastello, Acitrezza, Acireale) is easy. The same promenade area can also be used for long and relaxing walks. It is advisable to call Santo, the B&B manager, a little in advance of your arrival (10 minutes), so that he can meet you at the entrance of the very quiet residential complex where the structure is located. Santo immediately shows himself to be an exquisite, kind person, attentive to all the requests and needs of the guests, he shows us our room and the common spaces available in the apartment. The apartment appears immediately spacious, modern, comfortable, and clean. Thanks to Santo's precious advice on where to eat local delicacies and spend the evening, we enjoy two wonderful days in Catania, to which the services and comforts offered by the B&B certainly contribute. Among these, we highlight the parking space, air conditioning, and toilet facilities. One can only give an excellent overall rating to the structure, its location, and its manager Santo, with whom one can enjoy pleasant long conversations and on whom one can rely at any time of the day, with a simple phone call. Highly recommended to everyone.

We stayed at the B&B Lungomare *** Santo e Gabriele's property, the word guests truly doesn't do justice to Santo's courtesy and attention, we felt at home and perhaps even better. Attentive and caring to our every need, with suggestions on where to go to have fun or discover new places and to recommend places to taste the delicacies of this region. We must spend a few more words to talk about breakfast.. what do you think you want to eat? Santo brings you granite, croissants, 'pane cunzato' and everything else. I stayed at this beautiful and brand new B&B Lungomare. Very cozy and clean rooms. I appreciated the kindness of Mr. Santo who was always available for everything. I had a lot of fun with my partner because with their special offer of only 5€ I had access to the beachfront bathing establishments with sunbed and umbrella, including shuttle service. Beautiful, I will definitely come back!
