Great location: just a few steps from the sea and a short drive to visit the beautiful nearby towns. Emanuele, the owner, is very kind and helpful. Every morning he prepares delicious breakfasts with local products. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay! The location is strategic for reaching the most beautiful beaches in the area and for visiting Marzamemi, Syracuse, Ragusa and Modica. The warm welcome from Emanuele, Tiziana and Tania made us feel at home and they made sure we wanted for nothing. The sweet and savory breakfast was impeccable and the cappuccino was fabulous. Highly recommended property!

A perfect stay just steps from the sea. We stayed at Emanuele's B&B and couldn't be happier. A strategic location both for exploring the entire Vendicari Nature Reserve (crystal-clear sea, nature and tranquility just minutes away) and for visiting all the characteristic villages (Marzamemi, Noto, Modica, Ortigia, etc.). The place is beautiful, cared for in every detail, and you immediately feel welcomed. Emanuele and his family were fantastic: kind, helpful and with valuable tips to make the most of the area. And breakfast... the best cappuccino ever! Homemade pastries and everything delicious. We felt at home. Highly recommended! 5/5. We will definitely return.

Perfect location, about 100 m from the sea and nearby facilities. Delightful, clean location with all the comforts you need; warm and welcoming rooms with space for suitcases and clothes. Emanuele and Tiziana, the owners/managers, are two excellent people who make you feel at home right away, friendly and caring. Great breakfast, something different every day. We will come back as soon as possible; it is already our regular spot. Definitely recommended 100%.

Excellent location a few metres from the sea. Spacious, modern and clean room. Full breakfast with different pastries every day. Friendly owner, always present and helpful, who gives useful information about the area. Would return.

Perfect B&B. Room simple but welcoming, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a beach holiday. An umbrella is even available for guests to use at the beach. Varied breakfast every day, sweet and savory, served by the owner in the outdoor garden. Free parking very convenient in front of the property, which is 100 meters from the sea and ideally located to reach all the beaches in the area, from Calamosche to Capo Passero and beyond, and the baroque towns of Noto, Scicli, Modica and Ibla. A word of praise for the owners Emanuele and Tiziana, wonderful hosts, kind, welcoming and always available with tips that are truly pleasant to chat about. B&B Levante is truly recommended.

Very close to the sea, clean room and excellent breakfast. We were pampered and spoiled by Emanuele and Tiziana and, thanks to their recommendations, we discovered wonderful places and great restaurants. Highly recommended.

Perfect place for a seaside holiday or for exploring. My husband and I were on a motorcycle. Emanuele was very kind; he explained where to go and even booked a restaurant for our dinner. Breakfast was great: everything fresh and made by him. I hope to come back soon.

I had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The area is beautiful, peaceful, and convenient, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and well looked after. I highly recommend this B&B and would gladly stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent for visiting the various towns and for enjoying the seaside and beaches. Emanuele is always available to provide the requested information about activities to do each day.

At Emanuele's we were welcomed with great kindness and courtesy. He was very helpful in giving advice on what to visit and where to eat. The property is very comfortable, close to the sea, and offers peace and tranquility.
