Our establishment provides a buffet breakfast using local products such as pistachios and ancient Sicilian grain flours, as well as our own production of jams made from oranges and lemons, olive oil, eggs, and orange and lemon juices, along with cereals, yogurt, and fruit. Additionally, we prepare breakfast for vegetarians, vegans, and those with celiac disease.

Hot beverages like cappuccinos, espressos, and Americanos are made to order and served at the table.

Home Restaurant

Our facility also provides a pre-booked Home Restaurant service upon request, to offer our guests typical dishes from our tradition, either meat-based or fish-based; the menu varies according to the availability of products. Local and/or self-produced products are used to support the local and environmental economy. Additionally, cooking classes are organized upon request with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 participants.
