The B&B "Il Conte" is a charming place, equipped with all the comforts and efficient service, offering a total of six rooms. Five of these are double rooms, including two triples, and one single room, all with balconies overlooking the splendid Via Atenea (a restricted traffic area for many hours a day).
A truly unique experience is offered by the suite located on the top floor, which can accommodate up to 4 people and offers a breathtaking view of the Valley of the Temples, with its warm yellow hues of sandstone, the lush greenery of Sicilian nature, and the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea. The B&B is housed in a Baroque building, located on the main street of the city, where a lively and entertaining nightlife takes place in every season.

Il Conte was a lovely place to stay in the middle of old Agrigento. We could access the bus station easily, both to get to the Valley of the Temples and to take the bus to Sciacca. It was a good base from which to explore the historic centre of Agrigento. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was firm and comfortable. The double-glazed windows meant that the sounds from the street didn't disturb us.
