Description
I Mastrazzi is an enchanting family-run B&B, located in Riposto, a small fishing town on the coast, just 20 minutes from Taormina, offers quality accommodation at budget prices!
The building itself was once a residence for local fishermen but has been delightfully renovated to provide comfortable rooms equipped with modern comforts such as private bathroom, colour TV, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, iron, and a small fridge.

I Mastrazzi is approximately 30 minutes drive from Catania International Airport. The area is close to Mount Etna, Europe’s most active volcano, and is a short distance from natural wonders such as the Alcantara volcanic gorges, the “Faraglioni” of Acitrezza and the incredible archaeological site of Siracusa.

After a comfortable night’s sleep in one of the guestrooms of I Mastrazzi, the owners will help you start the day on the right note with a tasty and filling breakfast, including some mouthwatering home-made cakes, tea, cappuccino and a selection of cold meats and cheeses.

How to reach us:
- By car: take Motorway A18 Catania-Messina, exit: Giarre;
- From Catania: Bus and Train for Giarre-Riposto station;
- From Catania Airport: take bus to Central Station, then take train to Giarre-Riposto direction/station.

By request we can also offer Transfer Service from and to Catania Airport (tariff to be advised).

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 8 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 7 to 2 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- up to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:30 AM

I like to travel and when I can (if I have moneies and time) I try to visit a new place lodging many times in B&B. Was this passion for the travels that it has made to think me to open the I Mastrazzi in the house that was of my grandmother that we have restructured and furnished with the maximum attention.

The B&B’s location is ideal for visiting the most important sites around.

Lovers of mountains and the sea will find this a convenient place to stay. We are only 25 minutes from Catania and 20 minutes from Taormina. The wonderful Faraglioni di Aci Trezza, the volcano of Etna, the spectacular ‘Gole of the Alcantara’ are easy to reach. Siracusa with its spectacular archaeological remains is also only an hour away.

Beauty and comfort. Splendid location on the seafront of Riposto. In the B&B I Mastrazzi, nothing is really missing. We very much appreciated the independent entrance and the courtyard adjacent to the small square. Very comfortable room with attached private bathroom. In the surroundings, all services are easily reachable on foot. Stefania, the owner, completes everything with her discreet presence, availability, and sweetness. This place is in my heart. Highly recommended.

La nostra sistemazione prevedeva ingresso indipendente, camera da letto con aria condizionata, armadio, tavolino e televisione, antibagno e bagno. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal porto e da tutti i vari ristorantini della zona. Facile trovare anche parcheggio per la macchina. Stefania poi è gentilissima e grazie a lei abbiamo scoperto tanti posticini carini, in primis l'escursione sull'Etna e alle gole dell'Alcantara, assolutamente da non perdere. La camera era pulitissima e nuova, assolutamente da consigliare!
