Due Passi, elegant and central B&B in Via Principe di Belmonte 90, in a pedestrian area of the city, a stone's throw from all the major city arteries and the main historical and monumental attractions of Palermo, is born from the refined taste of two young Palermo entrepreneurs by their love for this city.

The property has three large and bright rooms, all equipped with every comfort, with LED TV, desk, air conditioning, bathroom with a chromotherapy shower, wi-fi and breakfast room.

Among the boulevard Via Libertà, two minutes walk from Politeama Square and the Teatro Massimo, equidistant with folklore, the colors and traditions of its main markets, Due Passi, with its exclusive rooms, Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria, the atmosphere, the charm and the mystery of ancient Palermo in two steps.

Breakfast is the first meal of the day for us, not only in terms of time but also for its importance in a healthy diet, especially when on vacation. That's why we offer a variety of choices between sweet and savory, serving everything from croissants to pizza, bread with cold cuts and cheeses to fruit, but also a simple yogurt with biscuits and fruit jams.

The food is accompanied by various fruit juices, tea, cappuccinos, and the inevitable moka or espresso coffee from the machine.

There is a family atmosphere and Simone takes great care to ease all 'tourist worries'. From the warm welcome to arranging a taxi, and the charming breakfast with the best cappuccino, it was a great stay.

We had a great time at this B&B! Very clean, simple and welcoming. Spacious room and bathroom, super comfortable bed. The predominant white color gives a sense of light and relaxation. The breakfast was really excellent: fresh and quality products. There are only 4 rooms and the breakfast room is not large, creating a familiar atmosphere; there is no confusion and it feels like being a guest at a friend's house. The B&B's location is very central; the major points of interest in the city are easily reachable on foot, and it is also close to the Shuttle stop to and from the airport. I would also like to point out the extreme kindness, availability, and courtesy of the host Simone, who provided us with interesting cultural and gastronomic information. We also appreciated the fact that on the last day he allowed us to leave our luggage in the property since we had a return flight in the evening, so we still had half a day to visit the city. Palermo is a city we did not know and we fell in love with it, and we will definitely return staying, of course, in this splendid B&B.

I chose this B&B because I was looking for a welcoming, clean and convenient accommodation to move around different parts of the city since I was not in Palermo for a vacation but for university commitments. I must say that I couldn't have made a better choice: everything managed with extreme attention, care, and availability to meet the guest's needs. Simone and his mom are truly welcoming, I felt at home but in beautiful Palermo! Thank you!

Pleasant stay and very kind, helpful and at the same time discreet managers. They allowed us to leave our luggage in the property even after check-out, giving us the keys to retrieve them at any time. The B&B Due Passi is organized inside an apartment in a condominium, with entrance from a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. In no time on foot you are in the center without being in chaotic areas that don't let you sleep at night. We stayed one night and then moved to another city. The room upon our arrival was very clean and tidy but perhaps the photos on the website were too polished compared to reality. Very rich breakfast but with packaged products (cakes, rusks, jams, yogurt). Probably B&Bs by law must have packaged products, but here too the photos have raised expectations a bit and when you are in Palermo you expect some nice pistachio cream brioches or cannoli: P. Unfortunately we had to have a second breakfast in a pastry shop! What a hassle! Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Excellent B&B in the heart of Palermo near the Teatro Massimo. Professional and well-prepared staff. We were welcomed by the very kind and always available Gabriella. The room is very spacious, clean, well-kept, and equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, hairdryer) with an attached bathroom with a wonderful shower cabin and chromotherapy. The breakfast is abundant, and we were also offered tastings of some typical Sicilian sweets (cannoli, Sicilian cassata, ricotta cassatelle, etc). A short but excellent stay. I hope to return soon and to stay again in this excellent B&B in the center of Palermo. Strategic location to visit the historic center of the city and the main cultural sites of interest.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the B&B Due Passi in Palermo for only one night. The apartment is located in a pedestrian street in a very central area (a stone's throw from the Massimo theater) and very close to the stops for the free bus that goes through the center. Our room was very spacious, clean, equipped with TV and air conditioning, with a private bathroom with chromotherapy shower. Breakfast consists of sweet and savory foods, fruits, juices, teas, coffees, milk, and much more. The property is well maintained by two very kind and helpful brothers, ready to provide any advice. They have set up a small cabinet with many informative brochures and maps that were really useful.
